Afg’oniston prezidenti Hamid Karzay AQSh maxsus qo’shinlariga sharqdagi Vardak viloyatidan chiqishni buyurdi. Prezident matbuot kotibi Aymal Fayzining aytishicha, viloyatda o’tkazilgan tergov xulosasiga ko’ra, AQSh maxsus qo’shinlariga aloqador qurolli shaxslar mahalliy aholiga tajovuz qilgan, ayrim odamlarni qiynab, o’ldirgan.

"Mudofaa vazirligiga ikki haftalik muddatda Amerika harbiylarini hududdan chiqarish buyurilgan", - deydi Fayzi.

AQShning Afg’onistondagi harbiy qo’mondonligi va Davlat kotibi Jon Kerri da’volar o'rganilishini aytmoqda.

Karzay idorasiga ko’ra, aybdorlar jazolanadi. Vardak aholisidan ularning kimligini aniqlashda yordam so’ralgan.

AQSh va NATO kuchlari kelasi yil oxirigacha Afg’onistonni tark etishi kutilmoqda. Vardakda xavfsizlikni ta’minlash afg’on qo’shinlari zimmasiga o’tgan. Biroq viloyatda NATO askarlari va AQSh maxsus qo’shinlari qolgan.

Vardakda asosan pashtular yashaydi.

AQSh mudofaa vaziri etib tayinlangan Chak Xeygl oldida mushkul vazifalar turibdi. Pentagon yangi rahbari xarajatni kesish, qo'shinlarni Afg'onistondan olib chiqish kabi majburiyatlarni uddalashi kerak.
