Afg’onistonda harakat qilayotgan NATO yetakchiligidagi xalqaro koalitsiya vakili general Gyunter Katsning aytishicha, qo’mondonlik prezident Hamid Karzayning AQSh maxsus kuchlari Vardak viloyatida aholi tinchini buzayotgani haqidagi da’volarini isbotlovchi dalil topmagan.

Karzay xalqaro kuchlar va ular safida xizmat qilayotgan afg’onlarni inson huquqlarini buzganlikda ayblab, AQSh maxsus qo’shinlariga hududni ikki hafta ichida tark etishni buyurgan.

NATO generali koalitsiya voqeani afg’on tomoni bilan taftish qilishda davom etadi, biroq AQSh maxsus kuchlari tarkibidagi afg’on harbiylarining aholini qiynoqqa solgani yoki o’ldirganiga doir ayblovlarga hozircha javob bera olmaymiz, dedi.

Vashingtonlik tahlilchi Liza Kurtisning aytishicha, qonunni buzayotgan afg’on askarlari oz emas, biroq bundaylarni AQSh qo’shinlari o’z operatsiyalariga jalb qilmaydi.

"Afg’on askarlarining aksariyati xat tanimaydi, qishloqdan chiqqan, o’qimagan. Bundaylar o’zini noto’g’ri tutishi mumkin, albatta, ammo amerikalik harbiylar ularni toqat qilishiga ishonmayman", - deydi ekspert.

AQSh Davlat kotibi Jon Kerri Kobul da’volariga jiddiy qaraymiz, deydi.

Vardak viloyatida, asosan, pashtular yashaydi. Toliblar negizini ham shu elat vakillari tashkil etadi. Yana bir amerikalik tahlilchi Tomas Gutiyerrening aytishicha, viloyatga safarbar etilgan afg’on qo’shinlari asli dariyzabon hududlardan bo’lgani uchun ana shunday muammolar kuzatilayotgan bo’lishi mumkin.

"Maxsus qo’shinlar milliy tarkibini xilma-xillashtirish afg’on xavfsizlik kuchlarini tayyorlash jarayonidagi qiyinchiliklardan biridir", - deydi u.

Karzay idorasiga ko’ra, aybdorlar jazolanadi. Vardak aholisidan ularning kimligini aniqlashda yordam so’ralgan.

AQShda uch o’zbek “Islomiy davlat” terror guruhini quvvatlaganlikda ayblanib, hibsga olingan. Ikkisi O’zbekistondan, biri Qozog’istondan. Ular “Islomiy davlat” safiga qo’shila olmasa, Amerikada qonli xurujlar qilish niyatida bo'lgan va buni isbotlovchi dalillar yetarli, deydi federal agentlar.
