Xitoyda chiqadigan nufuzli gazeta jurnalistlari va muharrirlari senzuraga qarshi norozilik bildirib, ish tashlagan. “Haftalik Janubiy Gazeta” deb nomlanuvchi nashr xodimlari rasmiylarning ro’znoma faoliyatiga aralashayotganiga qarshi chiqqan.

“Haftalik Janubiy Gazeta” axborot qattiq nazorat qilinadigan Xitoydek mamlakatda o’tkir maqolalar va mustaqil yondashuvi bilan boshqalardan ajralib turadi.

Xodimlarning aytishicha, ish tashlashga gazetaning Yangi yil sonidagi bir o’zgarish sabab bo’ldi. Ma’lum bo’lishicha, Guandon viloyati targ’ibot ishlari idorasining aralashuvi tufayli konstitutsion islohot haqidagi maqola olib tashlanib, uning o’rniga Kommunistik partiyani olqishlovchi material chop etilgan.

Jurnalistlar internet va ijtimoiy sahifalarda targ’ibot idorasi rahbarini tanqid qildi, so’ng idora qarshisida namoyish uyushtirdi.

Namoyishchilar so’z erkinligi, demokratiya va siyosiy islohotlarga chaqirdi.
Ilgari davlat matbuotida ishlagan taniqli muharrir Li Datonning aytishicha, targ’ibot idorasi oldin senzura bilan shug’ullanmagan.

"Ilgari senzura material nashr qilinganidan so’ng amalga oshirilar edi, endi esa hali chiqmay turib".

O’nlab universitet professorlari va muharrirlar hukumatni targ’ibot idorasi rahbarini ishdan olishga chaqirmoqda. Bir necha oliygoh talabalari internetda gazetani qo’llab-quvvatlab chiqdi.

Ayrimlar nazarida bunday chiqishlar bahonasida siyosiy islohotga umid qilsa bo’ladi.

Si Zinpin noyabr oyida Kommunistik partiyaning yangi bosh kotibi bo’lganidan beri jurnalistlar yangi rahbariyatning sabrini va so’z erkinligiga bo’lgan munosabatini sinab kelmoqda.

Sining konstitutsiyaga rioya qilish haqidagi nutqi, korrupsiyaga qarshi siyosati, rasmiylar orasida dabdabani kamaytirish talablari jurnalistlarni ruhlantirib yubordi.

Renmin universitetida jurnalistika bo’yicha professor Jon Shinning aytishicha, Si partiyaga bosh bo’lganidan beri ko’p joylarda o’zgarishlar kuzatildi.

"Matbuotda dolzarb maqolalar paydo bo’la boshladi, davlat bosiqlik bilan javob bermoqda. Odamlar ochiqroq gapirishga botinayotganday", - deydi olima.

Uning aytishicha, jurnalistlarning senzuraga nisbatan noroziligi ketidan nima bo’lishini hozirdan aytish qiyin. Matbuot faoliyatiga o’zgarishlar kiritilishi mumkin, deydi u.

Professor Shin inqilobiy, ostin-ustun islohotlarni kutmayman, biroq o’zgarishlar bosqichma-bosqich bo’lishiga ishonaman, deydi.

Sobiq jurnalist Li Daton matbuot ustidan bu kabi nazorat ortiqcha ekanini davlat tushunishi kerak, deydi.

"O’zgarishlarni amalga oshirish oson emas. Avvalambor jiddiy muloqot, muhokama bo’lishi lozim. Gap fikr bildirish huquqida, axborot olish va ma’lumot berish huquqlarida. Ulardan to’g’ri foydalanishni bilish zarur", - deydi u.

“Haftalik Janubiy Gazeta” muharrirlari nashrning internetdagi sahifasiga tegishli parollarning barchasini rasmiylarga topshirib qo’ydi. Bu bilan gazetani jurnalistlar yuritayotgani yo’q, deb bildirishmoqchi.
