Misrning xorijda yashovchi fuqarolari yangi konstitutsiya uchun ovoz bermoqda.

Referendumga qo’yilgan qomusni asosan islomiy kuchlar ishlab chiqqan, matn liberal va dunyoviy tizim tarafdorlari tanqidiga uchragan edi.

Misrning o’zida ovoz berish jarayoni shanba boshlanadi.

AQSh Davlat kotibining Demokratiya va inson huquqlari bo’yicha muovini Maykl Pozner kecha Misrga safarini yakunlar ekan, yangi konstitutsiya aholining barcha qatlamlari manfaatlarini himoya qilishi kerak, dedi.

Uning aytishicha, misrlik jurnalistlar orasida mamlakat kelajagi yuzasidan xavotirlar kuchli.

Yangi qomus muhokamasi paytida liberal va xristian qonunchilar musulmon deputatlar bilan kelisha olmay, jarayonni tark etgan.

Oppozitsiya hujjatda islomiy qoidalarga keng o’rin ajratilgani, xotin-qizlar huquqlari deyarli tilga olinmaganini aytadi.
