Misr prezidenti Muhammad Mursiy bugun Oliy sud kengashi a’zolari bilan uchrashib, o’tgan payshanbadan beri yuzaga kelgan siyosiy tanglikni hal etishga harakat qiladi. Sudyalar davlat rahbarini vakolatini kuchaytirishga qaratilgan qarordan voz kechishga undamoqchi. Qarordan norozi muxolifat to’rtinchi kun namoyish qilmoqda. Prezident tarafdorlari ertaga qarshi namoyishlar uyushtirmoqchi.

Hujjatga ko’ra, bundan keyin sud yoki boshqa hech bir idora davlat rahbarining qarorlarini qayta ko’rib chiqa olmaydi. Mursiy, shuningdek, kengashdan parlamentning yuqori palatasi va yangi konstitutsiyani tayyorlash uchun mas’ul kengashni tarqatish vakolatini olgan. Har ikki idorada Mursiyning sobiq partiyasi Musulmon Birodarlar a’zolari ko’pchilikni tashkil etadi. Kengash sudlar faoliyatini nazorat qiladi.

Tanqidchilar nazarida Mursiy eski prezident Husni Muborak kabi diktaturaga yuz tutmoqda. Ammo Mursiyning aytishicha, chora vaqtincha bo’lib, yangi parlament saylangunga qadar amal qiladi va siyosiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashga qaratilgan.

Prezident qaroridan norozi bir guruh sudya va advokatlar ishni sudga oshirgan. Ularning da'vosi Qohira ma'muriy sudida 4-dekabr kuni ko'rib chiqiladi.

AQShning nufuzli senatori Jon Makkeyn Misr prezidenti qarorini tanqidga oldi.

"Isroil va XAMAS o’rtasida sulh o’rnatishdagi harakatlari uchun Mursiydan minnnatdormiz, ammo qarorni qabul qila olmaymiz. Amerika soliq to’lovchilariga to’g’ri kelmaydi bu. Dollarlarimiz demokratiya taraqqiyotiga sarflanishini istaymiz. Mursiy saylov paytida olg’a qadam tashlashga va’da bergan", - dedi Makkeyn.

Obama ma’muriyati iqtisodiy yordam tariqasida Misr qarzining bir milliard dollaridan voz kechishni taklif qilgan. So’nggi salkam 30 yilda Qo’shma Shtatlar o’zining mintaqadagi ittifoqchisiga ko’p milliard dollarlik yordam ko’rsatgan.

AQShning Qohiradagi elchixonasi seshanba kunga rejalangan namoyishlardan oldin eshiklarini yopadi.
