Misr prezidenti Muhammad Mursiy mamlakatda siyosiy taranglikni yumshatish maqsadida yangi inqilob yoqasiga keltirgan qarorini bekor qildi. Biroq muxolifat noroziligiga sabab bo’layotgan yangi konstitutsiya loyihasi bo’yicha referendum 15-dekabrdan qoldirilmaydi, dedi prezident idorasi.

Muxolifatning bu yangilikka munosabati hozircha ma’lum emas. Shuningdek, bahsli qarorning bekor qilinganidan so’ng prezident saroyi atrofida chodir qurib, uzoq muddatli namoyishga bel bog’lagan odamlar tarqaladimi, yo’qmi, bu ham noaniq.

Namoyishchilar Mursiy o’zini sudlardan yuqori qo’ygani va konstitutsiya loyihasini tayyorlashda islomiy kuchlardan boshqalar ishtirokining bo’lmaganidan norozi. Liberal kuchlar, nasroniy arboblar hamda sobiq rejim tarafdorlari har ikki hujjatni bekor qilishni talab qilgan.

Mursiy hozircha sudlarga aloqador qaroridan voz kechdi, ammo konstitutsiya loyihasini ovozga qo’yish rejasidan qaytmadi.

Kecha prezident vakillari muxolifat bilan muzokara qilgan. Kelishuvga ko’ra, agar 15-dekabrga rejalangan referendumda konstitutsiya loyihasi rad etilsa, yangi komissiya tuzilib, olti oy ichida yangi konstitutsiya tayyorlanadi.

Vashington va Nyu-York shaharlarida ayrim politsiyachilar kichik videokamera taqib yurishni boshladi. Sinov tariqasida yo’lga qo’yilgan bu loyihadan maqsad huquq-tartibot xodimlari fuqarolarga nisbatan ortiqcha kuch ishlatishining oldini olish.
