Qirg’iziston poytaxti Bishkekda Markaziy Osiyo kitob forumi va adabiyot festivali bo’lib o’tmoqda. Ushbu anjuman arafasida “Amerika Ovozi” Qirg’izistonda taniqli o’zbek shoiri, “O’sh sadosi” ro’znomasi bosh muharriri Muhammadsoli Ismoilov bilan suhbatda bo’ldi.

Bishkekdagi Markaziy Osiyo adabiyotshunoslar anjumani arafasida Qirg’izistondagi o’zbek adabiyoti ahvoli haqida nima deyish mumkin? Qanday yutuqlar, muammolar, ufqlar borasida so’z yuritsa bo’ladi?

Qirg’izistonda yaxshigina ijod qilayotgan, qalam tebratayotgan ijodkorlar bor. Lekin ularni bir yerga to’plab, yo’l ko’rsatib, boshini qovushtiradigan, ijod namunalarini to’plam holiday chop etadigan qandaydir tashkilotni o’zi yo’q. Sobiq Ittifoq davrida ”Ilhom” deb nomlangan yosh ijodkorlar klubi bo’lardi.

Mashg’ulotlari oyda bir o’tardi. O’sha klubda butun viloyatimizdan kelgan ijodkorlar o’z asarlarini namoyon qilardi, taniqli shoirlardan yo’l-yo’riqlar olardi. Hozir esa unaqa shart-sharoit yo’q o’zbek ijodkorlari uchun. Ular o’zbek adabiyotidan ham qandaydir ajralib qolganday, bir orolchaga tushib qolganday bo’layaptida.

O’z paytida Qirg’izistonda o’zbek adabiyotining yirik namoyandalari yetishib chiqqan. Aytaylik, Shavkat Rahmon, Qo’ldosh Mirzo, Usmon Temur. Hozirda esa qator mutaxassislar Qirg’izistondagi o’zbek adabiyoti kelajagidan tashvishda…

Darhaqiqat, Qirg’izistondagi o’zbek adabiyotining istiqboli haqida biron narsa deyishga qiynalamiz, ikkilanamiz. Yosh ijodkorlarning taqdiri qanday bo’ladi, kelajakda ularning kitoblari biron joyda chop etiladimi, ular haqida g’amxo’rlik qiladigan tashkilot bo’ladimi – bu masalalar o’ylantiradi bizlarni.

Mutaxassislarning aytishicha, oxirgi yillarda yosh ijodkorlar ismlari va asarlari uncha ko’zga tashlanmaydi. Buning sabablari nimada?

Shuni aytish kerakki, hozir bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida, ibora qo’pol bo’lsa ham, o’zing uchun o’l-yetim zamoni. Ayniqsa ijodkorlar uchun. Davlat tomonidan qo’llov yo’q, homiylar ham yo’q hisobida. Qo’lingda pul bo’lsagina kitob chiqara olasan. Oddiy misol, siz ko’rgan yosh nogiron ijodkor ukamiz. U o’zining ilk to’plamini chiqarmoqchi. Ammo buning uchun mablag’I yetishmayapti. Bizga ko’mak so’rab kelibdi. Chiqarsa 100 nusxa chiqaradi. Avvallari yosh shoirlarning ilk kitoblari 5-10 ming nusxada chiqar edi. Bunga davlat ko’mak berardi. Qalam haqqi ham to’lanardi. Bugun esa ijodkor ro’znoma orqaligina tanilishi mumkin. Unda ham bu kishini faqat bir ro’znomaning oz sonli muxlislari taniydi.

Yaqinda mahalliy davlat universiteti olimlari maktablarda darsdan tashqari mashg’ulotlarda o’rganish uchun bir necha o’zbek shoir-yozuvchilari asarlarini taqdim qilgan. Ushbu ro’yxatga o’shlik ijodkorlardan Mug’anniy, Mirzohid Mirzarahimov va A’zam Rahimlargina ijodidan namunalar kiritilibdi. Bu degani hatto tadqiqotchi adabiyotshunoslar ham mahalliy qalamkashlarning ko’pi bilan yaxshi tanish emas.

Yosh ijodkorlarni qo’llab-quvvatlash uchun nima qilish kerak?

Avvalo, ijodkor borki, millatidan, qaysi tilda ijod qilishidan qat’iy nazar davlat e’tiborida, g’amho’rlik ostida bo’lishi kerak. Mayli, davlatning, ijodiy uyushmalarning e’tibori yetishmayotgan ekan, hech bo’lmaganda Qirg’iziston xalqi Assambleyasi va uning tarkibiga kiruvchi milliy-madaniy markazlar borku. Ular ham ko’maklashsa bo’ladi.

Ilgari sobiq Ittifoq davrida respublikalar orasida adabiyot va san’at dekadalari bo’lardi. Ham taniqli, ham yosh ijodkorlar bordi-keldi qilardi, bir-birining ijodi bilan tanishardi, tajriba almashardi. Bunday anjumanlar yoshlarning keng ommaga tanilishiga ham sabab bo’lardi. Menimcha, o’sha an’analarni davom ettirish maqsadga muvofiq. Adabiy aloqalarni, hamkorlikni tiklasak, Mustaqil davlatlar hamdo’stligi doirasiga, qolaversa, xalqaro miqyosga chiqamiz.

Markaziy Osiyo shunaqa maskanki, ijod bulog’i qaynab turgan maskan. Bu yerda ob-havo, tabiiy sharoitlar shunaqaki, ijodni faqatgina rag’batlantirib, yangi-yangi ilhom beradigan muhit bor bizda. Bu yerda tug’ilgan har qanday millat vakillari ichidan kuchli-kuchli ijodkorlar chiqishiga ishonaman.

Umuman olganda, kitobga bo’lgan qiziqish odamlar orasida so’nib borayotgani haqida mulohazalar uchrab turadi. Buni qanday izohlaysiz?

Hozir ko’proq odamlarning iqtisodiy-moliyaviy sharoiti yaxshi emasligi bunga sabab bo’lyapti, deb o’ylayman. Ahlimiz pul topish yo’llarini o’ylab, ma’naviyat sohasini esdan chiqarib qo’yayapti. Lekin kitob nafaqat bilim manbai, balki katta hayot maktabi. Kitob o’qib turgan inson o’z ma’naviyatini ham oshiradi, tajribasini ham orttiradi. Bu vaqtinchali holat bo’lishi mumkin. Iqtisodiy muammolar hal bolib ketsa, balki kitobga yana qaytarmiz. Odamlar kitobga, ijodga qiziqadigan davrlar kelar.
