Ushbu proyektlar minglab gektar yerni o’zlashtirish, suvdan ayab foydalanish va hosildorlikni oshirishni ko’zlaydi, deydi mutasaddilar.

Botken viloyatining qo’riq Burgandi vohasida qurilayotgan kanal yil oxirigacha ishga tushishi kerak. Ushbu hududda yana bir necha yirik suv inshooti qurilishi ko’zda tutilgan.

Botken ma’muriyatining iqtisod va sarmoyalar jalb qilish bo’limi boshlig’i Solijon Hamraboyevning aytishicha, davlat dasturida suv inshootlari qurilishiga urg’u berilgan. Ushbu dastur doirasida Botken viloyatida olti yirik suv inshooti barpo etilmoqda.

“Masalan, Qadamjoy tumanida Boz-Qora-Qishloq kanaliga qariyb 230 million so’m sarflangan, Burgandi dyukeriga 380 million so’m ketadi. Qulundi kanali, Ravot suv basseyni va shunga o’xshagan boshqa obyektlar ustida ish olib borilmoqda. Zikr qilingan kanallar ishga tushsa, ja’mi 20 ming gektar yangi yerlar o’zlashtiriladi”, - deydi Hamraboyev.

Ayni paytda Qirg’izistonning janubiy viloyatlarida eski sug’oruv tizimi, asosan kanallarni qayta ta’mirlash va yangilash ishlari olib borilmoqda.

Qirg’iziston suv xo’jaligi departamenti loyihalarni amalga oshirish bo’limining yetakchi mutaxassisi Abdikerim Ajimatovga ko’ra, O’sh, Jalol-Obod, Botken viloyatlarida yetti-sakkiz suv inshootlari qayta tiklanmoqda.

“Gap shundaki, ko’p kanallar loyqalangan yoki ishdan chiqqan. O’nlab kanallar qarovsiz qolib ketgan, beton qirg’oqlar nuray boshlagan. Oqibatda yer maydonlari suvsizlanib foydalanilmay qolgan. O’sha joylarga suv yetkazib berish bilan mashg’ulmiz. Bu yilning yozida bir necha sug’oruv obyektlari yana ishlay boshlaydi. Dehqonchilik yana rivoj topadi”, - deydi suhbatdosh.

Aytish joizki, mustaqillik yillarida Qirg’iziston ko’plab tabiiy suv havzalari xavfsizligini oshirishga erishgan. Ayni paytda yangi sug’oruv va ichimlik suvi tarmoqlarini barpo etish yo’lida keng ko’lamli ish olib borilayotir. Ushbu loyihalar asosan xalqaro moliya tizimlari tomonidan qo’llab-quvvatlanadi.

Rasmiylarga ko’ra, sugo’ruv sistemasidagi loyihalar 85 foiz Jahon banki tomonidan, 15 foiz esa qirg’iz hukumati tomonidan sarmoyalanmoqda.

Mutaxassislar fikricha, Qirg’izistonda oqin suv tizimining yangilanishi suv manbalaridan samarali foydalanish, yangi yerlarni o’zlashtirish, qishloq xo’jaligini yuksaltirish imkonini beradi. Ayni paytda qator ijtimoiy masalalarni yechish borasida so’z ketayotir. Jumladan, yangi ish o’rinlari yaratish, uy-joy qurilishi uchun yer ajratish xususida.

Botken ma’muriyatining iqtisod va sarmoyalar jalb qilish bo’limi boshlig’i Solijon Hamraboyevning aytishicha, yangi yerlarda yosh oilalar uchun uy-joy solish maqsadida maydonlar ajratiladi.

“Bu joylarda bog’dorchilik, dehqonchilikni rivojlantirish imkoni tug’iladi”, - deydi u.

Suv xo’jaligi mutaxassisi Abdikerim Ajimatov iste’molchilar suvdan samarali foydalanishni o’rganishini ta’kidlaydi.

“Suvni tejamkorlik bilan ishlatish birinchi vazifa. Aytaylik, kanallar qayta ta’mirlangandan keyin oqin suvdan foydalanish samaradorligi keskin oshmoqda. Masalan, ma’lum miqdordagi suvimiz avval 500 gektarni sug’orishga yetgan bo’lsa, endi shu suv bilan 1000 gektarni sug’orish mumkin”, - deydi u.

Qirg’iz matbuotida bot-bot suv xo’jaligi uchun xorijdan jalb qilinayotgan yirik sarmoyalar taqdiri haqida turli savollar va shubhalar ko’tarilib keladi. O’z navbatida mulozimlar mablag’dan samarali foydalanilayotganini ta’kidlaydi.

Rasmiylar izohicha, Jahon banki va boshqa xalqaro moliya idoralari ajratilayotgan mablag’larning Qirg’izistonda qanday ishlatilayotganini nazorat qilib turadi. Ammo keng omma tekshiruv natijalaridan bexabar.
