Xalqaro tashkilotlar ko’magida amalga oshirilayotgan bu loyihalar butun aholi, shuningdek mustaqil axborot oqimini ta’minlash uchun xizmat qiladi.

“Do’stlik” deb nomlangan xabarnomaning ilk soni Yevropada Xavfsizlik va Hamkorlik Tashkilotining Qirg’izistondagi idorasi tomonidan moliyalashtirilgan. Nashr Qirg’izistonning Botken va Tojikistonning Sug’d viloyati chegara tumanlarida tarqatiladi.

Tashkilot xodimasi Burul Osmonaliyeva deydiki, gazeta qirg’iz, tojik va rus tillarida chiqmoqda.

“Maqsad ikki xalq o’rtasidagi o’zaro ishonch rishtalarini mustahkamlash, toki odamlar o’zlarining yagona tarixi, ildizi, madaniyatini yodda tutsin. Muammolar kamroq bo’lsin. Biz xabarnomaning dastlabki sonini qo’lladik, davom ettirish tahririyatning o’ziga havola”, - deydi Osmonaliyeva.

Yangi yil bayrami arafasida O’shda bolalar va o’spirinlar uchun “Danak” deb nomlangan ro’znoma chiqa boshladi. U - mahalliy jurnalistlar ijodi. Moliya esa xalqaro tashkilotdan.

Jurnalistlar birlashmasidan Bekbolot Ibraimov fikricha, ushbu ro’znoma O’sh shahar maktab o’quvchilariga mo’ljallangan.

“Danak” gazetasi qirg’iz, o’zbek va rus tillarida chiqmoqda. Hozircha uch maktabda tarqatilmoqda. Keyinchalik barcha maktablarga yetib borishi ko’zda tutilgan. Asosiy maqsad – bolalar orasida o’zaro hurmat, tolerantlikni shakllantirish hamda yosh qalamkashlarni tayyorlash”, - deydi suhbatdosh.

Aytish joizki, 2010 yilgi iyun voqealaridan so’ng Janubiy Qirg’izistonda qator ommaviy axborot vositalari yopilib ketgan.

Ayniqsa, ozchilikdagi elatlarning o’z ona tilda informatsiya olish imkoniyatlari keskin toraygan.

Mahalliy kuzatuvchilarga ko’ra, o’tgan yildan e’tiboran vaziyat o’ng’lana boshlagan.

Qator xalqaro tashkilotlar Qirg’iziston hukumati hamda mahalliy nodavlat uyushmalar bilan hamkorlikda bir necha tilda faoliyat olib boruvchi axborot vositalari tashkil qilgan.

Aytaylik, O’shda Amerikaning “Internews” tashkiloti ko’magida “Intimoq” deb nomlangan teleradiokompaniya ochilgan.

Viloyat “O’sh sadosi” ro’znomasi bosh muharriri Muhammadsoli Ismoilov bunday qadamlarni ijobiy baholaydi.

“Albatta, ko’p tilli nashrlar, ommaviy axborot vositalari ochilayotgani biz uchun quvonchli. Sababi O’sh voqealaridan keyin vaziyatni barqarorlashtirish, millatlararo munosabatlarni to’g’ri yo’lga qo’yib, do’stlikni, avvalgi ishonchni tiklashda ahborot vositalarning ahamiyati juda katta. Endi faqat ulardan unumli foydalanish kerak. Masalan, ayrim joylarda shu axborot vositalari chiqayotgani, tarqalayotganidan bexabar odamlar borda. Shunday maqsadlarni ko’zlayapmizmi, demak, axborot maydonini kengaytirish darkor",- deydi Ismoilov.

"Zikr qilingan ommaviy axborot vositalari agar oldiga qo’yilgan maqsadni to’g’ri amalga oshirib, Qirg’iziston aholisini kelajagini o’ylab, axborot maydonida ish olib borsa, ularning istiqboli yaxshi, deb o’ylayman. Ular rivojlanib boradi, o’quvchisi ham, tomoshabini ham ko’payadi. Agarda bir tomonlama bo’lib qoladigan bo’lsa, bu qaysidir ayditoriyada ishonchni kamaytiradi. Shunga yo’l qo’ymaslik kerak. Xolisona axborotlar berib borilsa, xolisona ko’rsatuvlar tayyorlansa, barcha millatlarga bir xil munosabatda bo’ladigan bo’lsa, albatta, o’sha nashrlarning kelajagi porloq, deb o’ylayman”, - deydi  “O’sh sadosi” bosh muharriri.

AQShda uch o’zbek “Islomiy davlat” terror guruhini quvvatlaganlikda ayblanib, hibsga olingan. Ikkisi O’zbekistondan, biri Qozog’istondan. Ular “Islomiy davlat” safiga qo’shila olmasa, Amerikada qonli xurujlar qilish niyatida bo'lgan va buni isbotlovchi dalillar yetarli, deydi federal agentlar.
