NATOning Afg’onistondagi missiyasi qiyinlashgan

Amerika Ovozi
NATO, Shimoliy Atlantika harbiy ittifoqi, Afg’onistondagi missiya tobora murakkab tus olayotganini tan olmoqda. So’nggi paytlarda ko’paygan ichki hujumlar va G’arb islomni oyoq osti qilmoqda deya avj olgan qonli namoyishlar blokni ancha o’ylatib qo’ygan.

Afg’oniston milliy armiyasi va xavfsizlik kuchlarini tayyorlash NATO faoliyatining muhim qismi. 2014-yil oxirigacha blok mamlakatni tark etish niyatida.

Biroq bunday mushkul vazifani tumanma-tuman, viloyatma-viloyat afg’onlarga topshirish jarayoni sekinlashgan. Vaziyatga qarab ish tutamiz, deydi rasmiylar.

NATO Bosh kotibi Anders Fog Rasmussen:

“Biz 2014-yil oxiriga borib afg’onlar o’z xavfsizligini o’zi ta’minlashini istaymiz. Eng asosiysi shu. Maqsad o’zgarmagan. Strategiyada ham o’zgarish yo’q. Muddatlar ham o’sha-o’sha”.

Londondagi Strategik tadqiqotlar instituti harbiy tahlilchisi, iste’fodagi general Ben Barri fikricha:

“NATOga a’zo davlatlar va Qo’shma Shtatlar ichki hujumlarga juda jiddiy yondashmoqda”.

Ichki hujumlar deganda afg’on askarlarining xalqaro qo’shinlarga nisbatan xurujlari nazarda tutilmoqda. Bunday hodisalar oqibatida shu yilning o’zida NATO 51 askaridan ayrildi. Ulardan 15 nafari – birgina avgust oyida.

Bob Styuart, BMTning Bosniyadagi sobiq qo’mondoni, endilikda Britaniya parlamenti a’zosi:

“Londondan aniq buyruq berish vaqti keldi. Askarlarimiz janglarda qatnashmasin… Chunki bizning komil harbiylarimizning o’lib ketishi, do’st deb hisoblanganlar tomonidan o’ldirilishiga chek qo’yish kerak”.

Tahlilchi Ben Barri afg’on qo’shinlari saflarida Tolibon jangarilari bor degan taxmin asossiz.

“Toliblar har bir hujum uchun mas’uliyatni o’z zimmasiga olib kelyapti. Lekin bu hujumlar aynan Tolibon diversantlari tomonidan amalga oshirilganini tasdiqlovchi ma’lumot yo’q”,- deydi u.

Muhammad payg’ambarni masxaralab ishlangan filmga qarshi namoyishlar Afg’onistonda ham avj olib, Kobulda yuz bergan portlashda 12 kishi, shu jumladan rossiyalik va janubiy afrikaliklar halok bo’lgan.

Hizbi-Islomiy nomli guruh xurujni bo’yniga olib, bu Amerikada ishlangan lan’ati filmga javob deya bong urmoqda.
