O’zbekiston-AQSh orasida shu yilning fevral oyida o’tgan muzokaralarda biznes forum ham tashkil etilgan va unda Amerikadan 30 ga yaqin tadbirkor va ishbilarmon qatnashgan edi.

Biri Maykl Maizels (Micahel Maizels) bo’lib, u telekommunikatsiya sohasida faoliyat yurituvchi Nobel, Ltd vitse-prezidenti.

Bu kompaniya Shimoliy Amerika, Lotin Amerikasi, G’arbiy va Sharqiy Yevropada o’z hamkor va filiallariga ega. Endilikda esa O’zbekiston va qo’shni davlatlarda ishlashga qiziqib qolgan.

“Nobel” ni Markaziy Osiyo, xususan O’zbekistonga jalb qilayotgan narsa bu telekommunikatsiya sohasining kengayib borayotgani va xizmatga talab borligi.

Bugun butun region dunyo bilan har qachongidan ko’proq ulangan va muloqotda, deydi Maykl Maizels.

“Bu bozorga o’z mahsulotlarimizni kiritishni istaymiz”,- deydi u.

“Markaziy Osiyo iqtisodiy jihatdan tezlikda o’sib borayotgan hudud. Nisbatan barqaror. Fikrimizcha, bozor biz uchun ochiq. Ayniqsa, O’zbekiston. Geografik jihatdan qulay bir o’lka. Odamlar turli tillarda gaplashadi. Xizmat markazlarini ochsak bo’ladi”.

Jahon Banki va boshqa xalqaro tashkilotlar O’zbekistonni dunyoda biznes qilish uchun eng qiyin mamlakatlardan biri sifatida qayd etadi. Korrupsiya va qog’ozbozlik jiddiy muammo ekani ayon.

Bunday muhitda sarmoya qilish xavfli emasmi?

Ishbilarmonlar har yerda turli sinovlar bilan yuzlashadi, deydi Maykl Maizels.

“Biznesda talab, raqobat, tavakkal va xavf yonma-yon yuradi. Qo’limizdagi ma’lumotlar va hukumat bilan muzokaralarimizdan shuni angladikki, O’zbekistonda biznes qilsak arziydi”, - deydi Maizels.

Kavkaz va Markaziy Osiyo bo’ylab asta qanot yozish harakatida ekan, “Nobel” ning asosiy mahsuloti - telefon kartochkalaridir. Ularda minut-soatlab vaqt sotib olib, istagan paytda foydalanish mumkin.

Internetda Skype and tele-aloqa imkoniyatini beradigan boshqa vositalar ko’payib bormoqda.

Kartochkalarning ustun tomoni, deydi Maykl Maizels, sizni internet va kompyuterga bog’lab qo’ymaydi. Ularni har yerda ishlatish mumkin.

“Nobel” o’z mahsulotlarini aynan O’zbekistondagi sharoit va iste’molchi talablariga moslamoqchi.

“O’zbekiston bilan muzokaralar davom etarkan, kompaniyamiz u yerdan mahalliy hamkorlar topish niyatida. Biz mahalliy tadbirkorlar bilan ishlashni xohlaymiz.
Kompaniyamizning filiallarini ochsak, odamlarni ishga olamiz. Hozircha hammasi rejada, ammo qarorimiz qat’iy. Biznes bu biznes, har ikki tomon undan foyda ko’radi degan umiddamiz”, - deydi Maykl Maizels.

Nobel, Ltd 1998-yilda tashkil topgan. 2004 va 2006 yillarda Amerikadagi eng yetakchi bizneslardan biri deb tan olingan. Bosh idorasida Bermudada, lekin biznes asosan AQShdan turib boshqariladi.
