Xalqaro hamjamiyat BMTdan Shimoliy Koreyada inson huquqlari bilan bog’liq ahvol yuzasidan izchil tergov o’tkazishni talab qilmoqda. Bu yopiq kommunistik jamiyatda huquq ayovsizlarcha oyog’osti qilinayotgani taxmin qilinadi.

BMT Inson huquqlari oliy komissari Navi Pillay o’tgan oy xalqaro tergov boshlashga undab, yangi rahbar Kim Chen Un qo’li ostida ahvol mutlaqo o’zgarmaganini aytgan edi. Yaponiya, Yevropa Ittifoqi diplomatlari tashabbusni qo’llab-quvvatlamoqda.

Muammo shundaki, Shimoliy Koreya g’arb inspektorlarini kiritmay keladi. Shu bilan birga, ko’plab oilalar ochlikdan charchab, mamlakatdan qochib chiqmoqda va bu insonlar taqdim etgan ma’lumot o’ta qimmatli, deydi huquq himoyachilari. Mamlakat qamoq-lagerlarida 200 mingdan ziyod odam saqlanib, qiynoqlar, jisniy zo’rlash va qullik kabi holatlar qayd etilgan.

Bu orada, Janubiy Koreya prezidenti Li Myun Bak fikricha, Shimoliy Koreyani yadro quroli yaratish dasturidan voz kechishga ko’ndirish uchun sanksiyalar va muzokaralarning o’zi yetarli emas.

Shimoliy Koreyada rahbariyat o’zgarsagina, ommaviy qirg’in quroli xavfi barham topishi mumkin, dedi prezident Seuldagi chiqishida. Li Myun Bakning aytishicha, Janubiy Koreya qo’shni Shimoliy Koreya xalqining dunyoqarashini o’zgartirishga yordam berishi mumkin.

Kommunistik davlatga qarshi keskin qarashlari bilan tanilgan Li Myun Bak kelasi 10 kunda prezidentlik muddatini yakunlaydi. Uning o’rnini Pxenyan bilan aloqalarni yaxshilashga va’da berayotgan Pak Kin Xe, ayol rahbar egallashi kutilmoqda.
