Obama: Yadro quroli qo’llanishiga yo’l qo’ymaymiz

Amerika Ovozi
Barak Obama 20-asrning eng qo’rqinchli quroli bois 21-asr zulmatga cho’mishiga yo’l qo’ymasmiz, deydi.

AQSh Rossiya bilan imzolagan, Tahdidlarning oldini olishga doir bitim muddati tugab borar ekan, Kreml oktabrda hujjatni yangilash niyati yo’q ekanini bildirgan edi. 20 yil oldin erishilgan bu kelishuv bois minglab yadro boyegolovkalari, kimyoviy va biologik qurollar omborlari tugatildi.

Rossiya e’tirozi shundan iboratki, bitim eskirgan va yangi zamon talablariga javob bermay qo’ygan. Prezident Obama uning ustida ishlashga va ikki davlat mudofaasini birga mustahkamlashga da’vat etmoqda.

Xatarli aslaha tarqalishining, terrorchilar qo’liga tushib qolishining oldini olish uchun ishlashda davom etish kerak, deydi Obama.

“Puxta mudofaa qilinmagan yadroviy, kimyoviy va biologik qurol zaxiralari g’oyat ko’p. Bu aslahaga egalik qilish uchun bor kuchini sarflayotgan terrorchi va jinoiy to’dalar kam emas. Ularning qo’liga tushsa, yuz minglab begunoh odamlar qirilib ketadi”, - deydi Amerika rahbari.

NATO – Shimoliy Atlantika harbiy bloki Bosh kotibi Anders Fog Rasmussenning aytishicha, Suriya hukumati kimyoviy qurolni ishga solsa, xalqaro hamjamiyat darhol qarshi chora ko’rishga majbur bo’ladi. Bunga mutlaqo yo’l qo’yib bo’lmaydi, deydi Rasmussen. NATO tashqi ishlar vazirlari bugun Turkiyaning Suriya bilan chegarada mudofaa tizimi o’rnatish iltimosini qondirishi kutilmoqda.

Rasmiy Anqara qo’shni davlatdagi fuqarolik urushi tarqalishining oldini olish uchun raketa hujumiga qarshi “Patriot” himoya sistemasini so’ragan. Bu tizim kimyoviy quroldan ham ehtiyot chora sifatida ko’rilmoqda. NATO vazirlari masalani bugun va ertaga Belgiyada muhokama qiladi.

AQSh rahbari Barak Obama kecha qilgan chiqishida Suriya prezidenti Bashar al Assadni ommaviy qirg’in qurolini qo’llamaslik, dahshatli xatoga yo’l qo’ymaslikka undagan. Buning oqibatlari ayanchli bo’ladi, deydi Obama.

Suriya tashqi ishlar vazirligi mazkur da’volarni qatiyan rad etmoqda. Bunday qudratli qurolimiz bo’lgan taqdirda ham o’z xalqimizga qarshi hech vaqt ishlatmaymiz, deyiladi vazirlik bayonotida.

AQShda uch o’zbek “Islomiy davlat” terror guruhini quvvatlaganlikda ayblanib, hibsga olingan. Ikkisi O’zbekistondan, biri Qozog’istondan. Ular “Islomiy davlat” safiga qo’shila olmasa, Amerikada qonli xurujlar qilish niyatida bo'lgan va buni isbotlovchi dalillar yetarli, deydi federal agentlar.
