Markaziy Osiyo va Kavkazdan ish izlab borgan mehnat muhojirlari uchun Rossiyada sharoit yanada qiyinlashmoqda. Ayniqsa, Sankt-Peterburg shahrida maxsus xizmatlar  o'tkazgan reyd musulmonlarga bosim kuchayganidan nishona.

Ichki ishlar boshqarmasi va aksilterror bo'limi boshliq bu reydda 700 ga yaqin musulmon hibsga olingan. Orasida o'zbekistonliklar ham bor. Faollarning aytishicha, islomiy ekstremizm tahdidini bo'rttirib ko’rsatish orqali Kreml jamoatchilikni ichki muammolardan chalg’itmoqda.

Rossiya ommaviy axborot vositalarining xabar berishicha, Sankt-Peterburgda ushlanganlarning ayrimlari qo'yib yuborilgan, bir nechtasi deportatsiya qilingan. Orasida o'zbekistonliklar ham bor.

Rossiya huquq-tartibot organlarining ekstremizmga qarshi o’tkazgan reydi juma kuni namoz paytiga to’g’ri kelgan.

Matbuotning yoritishicha, 270 musulmon qo'lga olingan va ekstremizmga aloqadorlik yuzasidan tekshirilib, bir kishiga nisbatan jinoiy ish qo'zg'atilgan.

Huquq faollari esa salkam 700 odam hibsda, demoqda.

“Aksariyati Markaziy Osiyo fuqarolari. Bu musulmonlarga bo'lgan munosabat blan bog'liq. Ayniqsa, Putinning "ekstremizmga qarshi kurashinglar, mana, biz yordam beramiz" degan bayonotlaridan so'ng bu bosimlar yanada kuchaydi. Nafaqat o'zbek, tojikka, balki umuman, musulmonlarga nisbatan kayfiyat belgisi. Ikkinchi tomondan, Rossiyaning o'zida ham ichki muammolar yetarli. Hukumat bu muammolardan jamoatchilikni chalg'itish uchun musulmonlardan xavf yaratmoqchi”, - deydi Moskvadagi huquq himoyachisi Bahrom Hamroyev.

Ishki ishlar boshqarmasi reyd “Peterburg jamoati” nomli ekstremistik tashkilot faollarini aniqlash uchun o'tkazilganini ma'lum qilgan.

Bahrom Hamroyev huquq-tartibot organlarining mazkur amaliyotini Rossiyadagi namozxonlarga qarshi navbatdagi bosim deb baholaydi.

“Qirg'iziston, O'zbekiston, Tojikiston fuqarolariga "sen namoz o'qiysanmi, o'qimaysanmi", degan savol qo'yishgan. Bu savolning o'ziyoq ko'p narsani anglatadi. Bu yerga musulmonlar  vahshiylik qilish uchun kelishmagan, ular mehnat qilgani kelgan. Bu oddiy xalqdan xavfsirab, talvasaga tushayotgan Rossiya hukumati musulmonlarga nisbatan boshi berk ko'chaga kirib qolgandek harakat qilmoqda”, - deydi Hamroyev.

Rossiyada mehnat muhojirlari bilan bog'liq muammolar dolzarbligicha qolmoqda.
Bir tomondan, millatchi guruhlar kuchayayotgan bo'lsa, boshqa tomondan Kremlning o'zi bu borada aniq bir siyosatga ega emas.

Bu aksariyati musulmonlardan iborat markaziy osiyolik mehnat muhojirlari misolida yaqqol ko'rinadi. Kreml Markaziy Osiyodagi  ta’sirini oshirayotgan bo'lsa, millatchi guruhlar bu davlatlar bilan vizali tizim o’rnatilishini talab qilmoqda.

“Novaya sila” nomli siyosiy guruh shu maqsadda Moskva aholisidan imzo yig'ish kampaniyasini boshlagan. Rus matbuotida yozilishicha, imzolar soni 100 ming kishiga yetgach, talabnoma prezident Putinga taqdim etiladi.

Markaziy Osiyoda harbiy qudratini kengaytirayotgan Kremlda esa bunday reja yo'q. Rossiya mintaqani ta’sir doirasidan chiqarmaslik uchun turli loyihalarni amalga oshirishni ko’zlamoqda. Yevrosiyo iqtisodiy hududini ishga tushirish masalasi ana shunday qadamlardan biri.

Millatchilarning muhojirlarga qarshi tashabbusi 100 ming imzo yiqqan arizalar bevosita Dumada ko'rib chiqlishi haqida Putin bergan bayonotdan so'ng  boshlangan.

“Bu fikr jiddiy bir muhokama qilinganini kuzatganim yo'q. Bunaqa partiyalar ko'p. Lekin ular muammoni yechadigan odamlar emas. Muammoni kuch bilan, har xil nayranglar bilan yechmoqchi bo'lishadi. Rossiyada O'rta Osiyo xalqini mustamlakaga qaytaramiz degan kayfiyatdagi odamlar ham bor. Lekin endi tarixni qaytarib bo'lmaydi. Bu xalqlar o'z ozodligini qo'lga kiritdi. Albatta, hozir Markaziy Osiyoda bunday ozodlikdan ko'ra avvalgi  tuzum ma'qul edi deydigan odamlar ham bor. Lekin bu qarashlar hech narsani o'zgartirmaydi”, - deydi huquq faoli Bahrom Hamroyev

Ekspertlarga ko'ra, o'tmishdagi imperiya qudratini unuta olmayotgan Moskva o’z hukmronligini kichikroq va yangicha ko'rinishda  tiklash niyatidan voz kechmagan.

AQShda uch o’zbek “Islomiy davlat” terror guruhini quvvatlaganlikda ayblanib, hibsga olingan. Ikkisi O’zbekistondan, biri Qozog’istondan. Ular “Islomiy davlat” safiga qo’shila olmasa, Amerikada qonli xurujlar qilish niyatida bo'lgan va buni isbotlovchi dalillar yetarli, deydi federal agentlar.
