Qariyb ikki yillik urush oqibatida yarim milliondan ziyod surialik qo’shni davlatlarga qochdi – Turkiya, Livan, Iroq va Iordaniyaga.

Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti hisobicha, qochqinlarning eng katta lageri Livanda bo’lib, u yerda 150 ming kishi yashaydi. “Amerika Ovozi” muxbiri yaqinda bu lagerda borib, ahvol bilan tanishdi.

Livanning qochqinlar bilan gavjum Anjar shaharchasiga qish yaqinlashmoqda. Yuk mashinalari saqlanadigan parkovka va kichik ustaxonalar boshpanaga aylantirilgan.

Um Xolidning qo’lida 10 kunlik chaqaloq. Uxlab yotganida yuziga chakki tomadi, deydi u. Bu oilaning kerosin sotib olishga puli yo’q. Tunda sovuq tushganda 15 kishi bir xonada jam bo’lib, yonma-yon uxlaydi.

“Ovqatimiz bor edi, yeb tugatdik. Pulimiz bor edi, sarflab bo’ldik. Sal isinish uchun kerosinni qayerdan olamiz deb boshimiz qotgan”, - deydi ayol.

Oila boshlig’i Abu Xolid Damashqdagi uyini raketa vayron qilganini aytadi. Bolalarini olib qochayotganda askarlar oyog’iga otishgan.

Suriyalik qochqinlarning katta qismi tog’li yo’llar orqali Livanga kirib kelmoqda. Chegarada pasportga shtamp qo’yilishi uchun soatlab kutishadi.

Lagerga yetib kelgach, islomiy xayriya tashkilotlari ularga matras, adyol va sovun tarqatadi. Xorijdan kelgan gumanitar yordam.

Mahmud ismli mana bu suriyalik xotini va ikki qizi bilan qochib kelgan. “Bizning qishloqda hukumat qo’shinlari odamlarni qatl etdi”, - deydi u.

“BMT Qochqinlar agentligi odam boshiga 31 dollarga teng vaucherlar tarqatyapti. Bu pul ovqatga yetadi xolos. Gaz balonlari kerak, isinish uchun”, - deydi u.

Qochqinlarning yarmini bolalar tashkil etadi. Omadi kelganlar bolasini mahalliy maktabga bergan. Sinfxonalar gavjum, joy yo’q.

Maktab direktori Dib Abdul Xoliq hali Damashq uchun kurash boshlangani yo’q, deydi.

“Ana o’shanda haqiqiy gumanitar fojia bilan yuzlashamiz deb qo’rqaman. Oldinda qahraton qish”, - deydi Xoliq.

Poytaxt Damashqqa yurish boshlansa qo’shni davlatlarga, jumladan, Livanga qochqinlar oqimi yanada kuchayishi turgan gap.
