Qo’shma Shtatlar o’z qo’shinlarini Afg’onistondan olib chiqar ekan, Tojikiston orqali o’tish niyati yo’q. Davlat kotibi muovini, Dushanbega safar qilayotgan Robert Bleyk prezident Emomli Rahmon bilan uchrashuv ketidan jurnalistlar bilan muloqotda shunday degan.

AQSh armiyasining katta qismi kelasi yil fevralda Afg’onistondan chiqishi rejada. Robert Bleyk Tojikiston hukumatiga mintaqada tinchlik va barqarorlikni saqlashda ko’rsatgan yordami uchun minnatdorchilik bildirgan.

Prezident Rahmon bilan muloqot paytida Bleyk chegaralarni mustahkamlash, qoradori savdosi va terrorizmga qarshi kurash xususida fikr almashdi.

Amerika diplomati, shuningdek, mamlakatda noyabrda rejalangan prezident saylovlarida xolislik, oshkoralik va demokratiya kabi tamoyillarga amal qilishga da’vat etayapti.

Bleykning aytishicha, Tojikiston fuqarolik jamiyati tom ma’noda taraqqiy etishi uchun erkinlik, ozodlik uchun kengroq joy ajratish lozim. Amerika rasmiysi ikki kunlik safari chog’ida nodavlat tashkilotlar va fuqarolik jamiyati vakillari bilan ham ko’rishgan.

Ayrim kuzatuvchilarga ko’ra, AQShning Markaziy Osiyo respublikalari bilan o’tkazayotgan yillik konsultasiyalaridan maqsad - ularni G’arb siyosati doirasiga tortish. Masalan, qirg’izistonlik professor Aleksanr Knyazev shunday fikrda. Shu yo’l bilan Amerika regionda o’zi istagan siyosiy muhitni shakllantirmoqda, deydi u.

Tojikistonning o’zida esa ziyolilar AQSh bilan muloqotlarning foydali jihatlarini ko’rishadi. Muhandis Hamdam Aliyevga ko’ra, Afg’onistondan harbiy kuchlar olib chiqib ketilar ekan, Tojikiston tajribali harbiylar maslahatiga muhtoj bo’ladi.

“Bu kerak narsa. Bleyk prezidentimiz bilan uchrashuvda janobi oliyni prezidentlik saylovini erkin va shaffof o’tkazish uchun sharoit yaratishga chaqirdi. Biz buni qadrlaymiz, u ko’nglimizdagi gapni aytdi. Bizga yana nima kerak? Qudratli davlatlar bizga hamkor bo’lsa, maslahat bersa nimasi yomon”, - deydi Aliyev.

O’qituvchi Sharifjon Komilov Tojikistonning G’arb davlatlari bilan hamkorligi rivojlanayotganidan, yoshlarning Amerikada tahsil olayotganidan xursandligini aytadi.

“Osha erda o’qib-ishlayotgan bolalarimiz o’zlari faxr qilsinlarki, bir narsaga ega bo’ldik deb. Keyin davlat mustahkam bo’ladi, davlatni kelajagi bo’ladi. Iqtisodni rivojlantirmaguncha dod-voylarimizdan bir naf yo’q”, - deydi u.

“Amerika yo’l ko’rsatyaptimi, nima qilibdi? Qariyb 80 yil boshqalar yo’l ko’rsatdi, haliyam ularni etagidan tutib kelmoqdamiz, haliyam mardikormiz. Kimga foyda-kimga zarar, o’zingiz bilib olavering”.

Rossiyada olti yil mardikorlik qilib kelgan O’ktam fikricha esa G’arb maslahati bilan ish qilib ketavermaslik kerak, Rossiya bilan aloqalarni uzmaslik zarur. “Xalqimiz o’tkazayotgan to’yu-ma’raka, qurayotgan uy-joylarining qariyb barchasi Rossiya tufayli”, deb hisoblaydi u.

Uning fikricha, Obama ma’muriyati Markaziy Osiyoda uzoqni ko’zlagan puxta siyosat olib bormoqda, bundan ehtiyot bo’lish zarur.

Yana bir fuqaro, Hamdam nazarida, Rossiyani strategik hamkor hisoblagan Tojikiston undan faqat tahqir-malomatlar eshitgan xolos.

“Uzoqqa bormaylik, Hindistonni olaylik. Necha yillar Britaniya asoratida edi, milliarddan ortiq aholisi bilan endi bizga yordam bermoqda. Yoki Janubiy Koreya va Malayziyani oling. AQSh va Yevropa bilan hamkorlikni zo’raytirish kerak, qayerda taraqqiyot bo’lsa, kelajakda foyda o’sha yerdan unadi. Amerikaliklarning Tojikistonga serqatnovligidan Rossiya tashvish tortmay qo’ya qolsin, prezidentimiz to’g’ri siyosat olib bormoqda”, - deydi Hamdam.

Jamiyatshunos Jo’ra Yusufiy deydiki, AQSh ma’muriyati Tojikiston bilan kelishilgan har yillik muloqotlarni yo’lga qo’yar ekan, Markaziy Osiyoda demokratiya rivojini birinchi o’ringa qo’yadi.

“Amerikaning mintaqa mamlakatlarida bo’lishidan yana bir maqsadi demokratik taraqqiyot yo’lida fuqarolik jamiyati qurishdir. AQSh ma’muriyati regionda demokratik tamoyildagi yangilanishni qo’llab-quvvatlayveradi. AQSh davlat kotibi yordamchisi Robert Bleykning Tojikistonga tashrifi, uning so’zlari, uning boshchiligida o’tkazilayotgan muloqotlar ana shuning isbotidir”.
