Jon Kerri: Osiyoga nisbatan siyosatni oydinlashtirish kerak

Amerika Ovozi
AQSh Davlat kotibi lavozimiga nomzod, demokrat senator Jon Kerri Obama ma’muriyatining tashqi siyosatga doir asosiy yo’nalishi - Osiyoga diqqatni oshirish tashabbusini savolga tutmoqda.

Joriy yil Xillari Klintondan keyin tashqi ishlar vaziri bo’lishi kutilayotgan arbob Senatdagi tinglovda so’zlar ekan, Osiyoga harbiy e’tiborni yo’naltirib, bekorga Xitoyning asabiga tegayapmiz, dedi.

“Hozirning o’zida mintaqada askarlarimiz ko’p. Xitoy bizga qarab, Amerika nimani istaydi o’zi, nega bizni qurshab olishga urinmoqda, deya hayron bo’lishi tabiiy. O’ylab qadam bosaylik”, - dedi senator.

Prezident Obama 2011-yilning oxirida regionga o’girilganidan beri Avstraliya, Filippin, Singapur va Osiyo-Tinch okeanidagi boshqa davlatlarga AQShdan ko’proq qurol-aslaha, askar yetib borib, mudofaa bobida hamkorlik ko’lami oshgan.

Obama ma’muriyati mazkur hududda muvozanatni ta’minlash niyatida ekanini, Xitoyning o’sib borayotgan qudratiga to’g’anoq bo’lmoqchi emasligini ta’kidlaydi.

Biroq rasmiy Pekin nazarida AQSh va uning ittifoqchilari Xitoyni siquvga olishga harakat qilmoqda.

Ayrim tahlilchilar fikriga ko’ra, Jon Kerri Pekinning xavotirini inobatga olgani muhim. Lekin bu bilan AQShning strategiyasi o’zgaradi, deyishga hali erta, deydi ular.
