O’zbekiston va Qirg’iziston o’rtasidagi chegara kelishmovchiligi So’x ahli hayotini yanada og'irlashtirgan. Farg’ona viloyati Rishton tumanida ikki mingdan ziyod so’xlik bor va ular uyga qayta olmayapti. Rossiyadan uyiga qaytishga urinayotgan so’xlik mehnat muhojirlari ham qiyin avholda. Ayrimlari yo’lda ushlanib, ortga qaytarilgan. 5-yanvarda So’xda kuzatilgan janjaldan buyon chegara yopiq, ikki tomonlama munosabatlar tarang.

Ahvol juda qaltis, odamlarning sabr kosasi to’lmoqda, deydi voqealarni yaqindan kuzatayotgan rishtonlik faol Bahodir Eliboyev:

“Rishtondagi so’xliklarga Rossiyadan kelayotgan so’xliklar ham qo’shilishmoqda. Har xil sababga ko’ra So’xdan kelib, Rishtonda qolib ketganlar ham ko’p. Ularning bir qismi kollej yotoqxonasi va sanatoriyaga joylashtirilgan, yana bir qismi esa qarindoshlarinikida… Vaziyat tarang, xuddi poroxli bochkaga o’xshaydi. Birov gugurt chaqsa yonib ketadi. Rishton hokimyati odamlarning ko’nglini olishga urunayapti. Kino ko’rsatishmoqda, har xil tomoshalar tashkil qilinmoqda”.

Rossiyadan qaytgan o’zbekistonliklardan biri qizining to’yini o’tkazish uchun uyga qaytganini, biroq ikki haftadirki Rishtonda to’xtab qolganini aytadi.

“Turibmiz, chegara yopiq, o’tkazishmayapti. Bizga qirg’izlar notinch deyishayapti.  O’tsak, odamlarga hujum ham bo’layapti; bolalar borgan ekan, mashinani quvishibdi, keyin ular qochishgan deb aytib berishdi. Biznikilar shuning uchun ham o’tkazishmayapti. Qiz chiqaradigan edim, to’yga kelayotgan odamman. Rossiyadan kelganlarning soni ham yuztacha bor. Ayrimlar chegara yopilgan kundan boshlab o’tirishibdi. Har kuni kolonna bilan o’tkazamiz deb va’da berishadi, lekin bo’lmaydi”, -  deydi bu o’zbek.

Bahodir Eliboyev deydiki, so’xlik mehnat muhojirlarini Rossiya va Qozog’iston hududida ushlanib ortga qaytarilayotgani haqida ma’lumotlar bor, biroq bu tashabbus ortida kim turgani noma’lum.

“Petropovlovsk vokzalidan poyezdga chiqib, O’zbekistonga kelayotgan so’xlik muhojirlarni qaytarishgan. Keyin Qozo’gistonning Sayramida ham bir avtobus so’xlik ortga qaytarilgani haqida ma’lumot bor. Ularni baribir chegara yopiq, o’tolmaysizlar deb qaytarishgan. Buni kim qilyapti, noma’lum”, - deydi Eliboyev.

5-yanvarda  so’xliklar va qirg’iz chegarachilari o’rtasida kuzatilgan ziddiyat bir guruh qirg’izistonliklarning garovga olinishi bilan davom etdi.

Muzokarlar natijasida garovdagilar ozod etildi. Tomonlar hamkorlikda surishtiruv o’tkazishga kelishdi. O’zbekiston yetkazilgan moddiy zararni to’lab berdi.

Chegarani ochish borasidagi  muzokaralar esa hozircha natijasiz qolmoqda.

O’zbekiston bu orada Qirg’izistonga qarashli anklav Barak qishlog’iga boruvchi chegaralarni yopdi. Tomonlar qamaldagi anklavlarga gumanitar yordam yetkazish borasida kelishib oldi.

O’zbekiston tomonidan So’xga yetkazilayotgan yordam ham qirg’izistonliklarning noroziligiga uchrayotgani ta’kidlanadi.

“Gumanitar yuklar o’tayotgan edi, lekin so’nggi yuklar qirg’izlar tomonidan toshbo’ronga uchragan, odamlarning kayfiyati yomon”, - deydi Eliboyev.
O’zbekistonning So’x anklavida 70 mingga yaqin aholi yashaydi. Ularning katta qismi Rossiya va Qozog’istonda mehnat qiladi.
