2013-yildan beri Somalida yuzlab yoshlar al-Shabab terror guruhini tark etgan. BMT ular bilan ishlash uchun maxsus dastur boshlagan.

Somalining Baydoa degan shaharchasidamiz. Bir qo’rg’onda futbol o’yinini tomosha qilayapmiz. O’yinchilar - al-Qoida bilan aloqador al-Shabab guruhidan chiqib ketgan yigitlar. Terrorizmdan qaytgani uchun ular qamalmagan. Keskin shartlar asosida maxsus dasturga qabul qilingan. 160 nafar erkak.

Efiopiyalik suhbatdoshimiz otasi harbiylar tomonidan o’ldirilgach qo’liga qurol olganini aytadi.

Al-Shabab safida olti yil xizmat qilibdi. Begunoh insonlarni o’ldirishni ma’qul ko’rmagani uchun bir amallab qochib ketibdi. Yigit al-Shabab uni ushlab olib ketishi mumkinligidan xavotirda.

“Olti yil hayotim bekorga ketdi. Sinfdoshlarim universitetlarda o’qidi. Shaharlarda yashashadi. Ularga havasim keladi. 30 yoshga kirgunimcha men ham ularga yetib olaman degan umiddaman”,- deydi suhbatdoshimiz.

BMT bu yoshlarga dars beradi, kasb-hunar o’rgatadi. Talabalar hatto dindan ham saboq oladi. Tadbirkorlik sirlarini ham o’rganishadi. Kelajak rejalar tuzishadi. Lekin o’tmishdan uzoqlashish qiyin.

“Hamma yerda xavf. Bu yerdan chiqsam, al-Shabab qo’liga tushishim mumkin. Ular meni o’ldiradi, albatta. Eng yaxshisi shu yerda o’tirish lekin qachondir ketishim kerak”,- deydi yana bir yigit.

Ba’zi talabalar hali ham mutaassib, deydi muallimlar. Ular ekstremizm tarafdori. Islomni kuch bilan himoya qilish kerak, deb hisoblashadi.

“Ayrim talabalarim men bilan bahslashishni yaxshi ko’radi”,- deydi domlalardan biri. “Qur’on va Hadisni birga o’qiymiz. Izlanamiz. Tahlil qilamiz. Bahslashishni ham o’rganish kerak”.

Baydoa shahridagi bu loyiha ishtirokchilaridan birortasi shu paytgacha terrorchilar safiga qaytmagan. Lekin buning ehtimoli bor.

Mahalliy jamoatchilik bu dastur haqida u qadar ijobiy fikrda emas. Nega ularga ishonish kerak, deya so’raydi “Amerika Ovozi” bilan gaplashgan somaliliklardan biri.

Loyihani ishlagan Patrik Luts boshqa chora yo’q deydi.

“Yoshlarga imkoniyat, muqobil yo’l taklif qilish kerak. Al-Shabab ichida yurganlarning ko’pi uchun terrorizmdan boshqa iloj yo’q. Biz ularga “iloj bor” deymiz. Tinchlik istasang, tinch yashashni, tirik qolishni istasang, kel biz tomonga, deymiz. Dengizdan bir tomchi bu. Qancha-qancha yoshlar qirilib ketayapti. Ularni egri yo’ldan qaytara olmayapmiz”,- deydi Luts
