Amerikadagi o'zbeklar: Dilbar Beyad

Virjiniya shtatining Richmond shahri va uning atrofida yashaydigan o’zbeklarga bosh-qosh vatandoshlardan biri Dilbar Beyad o’zini Amerika orzusiga erishgan insonlardan biri deb biladi.

Richmondda oilalarning o’rtacha yillik daromadi 60 ming dollar atrofida, uylarning o’rtacha bahosi esa 300 ming dollar. Ko’pchilik ko’chmas mulkni kreditga oladi, ipoteka yo’li bilan. 15-30 yil davomida qarzni foizi bilan to’laysiz. Sizga uy yoki mulkingizga xaridor topib bergan mutaxassisga esa umumiy narxning 3-4 foizi tegadi, bu uning ish haqi.

Dilbar Beyad bu sohani egallash uchun maxsus kurslarga borgan, test topshirib, litsenziya olgan. Har bir shtat alohida ruxsatnoma talab qiladi.

Dilbar Beyad asosan o’zi yashaydigan hududda faoliyat yuritadi. Hayot bu yerda oson emas, deydi u, tinim yo’q, doimjiy mehnatdasiz, har bir daqiqa g’animat. Aniq reja asosida ishlamasangiz, maqsadga erishish qiyin. Raqobat kuchli.
