Adliya vaziri o'rinbosari: "Qora tarix" demaymiz, xatolar o'zimizniki; xalqni rozi qilish kerak

AQSh poytaxtida uch kun turli tashkilotlarning vakillari bilan O'zbekistondagi jarayonlar va mamlakatning global reytinglar va ro'yxatlardagi o'rni haqida muloqot olib borgan 10 rasmiydan biri, Adliya vaziri o'rinbosari Xudoyor Meliyev fikricha, dunyo hamjamiyati respublika haqida sayoz axborotga ega.

Shaffoflik O'zbekistonning nufuzini va unga nisbatan ishonchni oshirishi aniq. Lekin bu borada nima ishlar qilinmoqda?

"Adliya vazirligi - eng ochiq vazirlik", - deydi Meliyev o'tgan yili Oliy Majlis Qonunchilik palatasi bergan bahoga ishora qilib.

Uning tasvirlashicha, tizim oshkoralik mevasini ko'ra boshlagan.

Lekin xalq-chi?

O'zbekistondagi biror o'zgarish dunyo uchun emas, xalq uchun qilinadi, deydi Meliyev.

"Biz xalqning dardiga darmon bo'lishni xohlaymiz. Adolatsizlikning oldini olish, inson huquqlari himoyasi uchun xizmat qilishga bel bog'laganmiz," - deydi u.

Inson huquqlari va erkinlik bo'yicha tashkilotlar, xususan G'arbdagi shunday muassasalar tahlilicha, O'zbekistonning oldingi rahbari Islom Karimov davrida xalqqa nihoyatda qattq zulm o'tkazilgan va buni bugun tan olish kerak.

O'zbekiston real tarzda o'zgarayotganini shu tariqa namoyon etgan bo'lardi, adolatsizliklardan aziyat chekkanlarning arzi tinglanishi kerak, degan chaqiriqlar turli tadbir va uchrashuvlarda tez-tez yangrab turadi. O'tgan qariyb 30 yildagi qora ishlar - "qora tarix" degan xulosani ko'plab o'zbekistonliklardan ham eshitamiz.

"Biz "qora tarix" demaymiz... Xatolar o'zimizniki. Tarixdan saboq olamiz lekin o'tmishni qoralamaymiz", - deya javob qiladi Adliya vaziri o'rinbosari.

O'zbekistonda hukumatga nisbatan qo'rqinch va ishonchsizlik darajasi qanchalik pasaydi? Rasmiydan bu borada ham so'radik.

AQSh siyosiy va ilmiy doiralar hamda turli tashkilotlarning vakillari bilan soatlab yuzma-yuz gaplashgan rasmiyga ko'ra, ayrim xalqaro mutaxassislarning O'zbekiston haqidagi tasavvur va tahlili yuzaki.

Lekin bu ekspertlar O'zbekistonga kira olmagani, bemalol izlanib ma'lumot to'play olmaganini aytsa-chi?

"Bu bir bahona", - deydi Meliyev.

Rasmiy deydiki, xalqaro hamjamiyat O'zbekiston hukumatiga ishonchli manba sifatida qarashi kerak. Tizim, jamiyat, umuman O'zbekistondagi vaziyat haqida ma'lumot izlagan taraf, xolis axborot istasa, davlat organlariga albatta murojaat qilishi kerak, deydi Meliyev.
