Chegaradan maxsus dastur: O'zbekiston-Qozog'iston

O'zbekistonning eng uzun chegarasi Qozog'iston bilan: 2330 kilometr. Eng ko'p qatnov ham shu ikki mamlakat orasida. O'zbekistonning eng gavjum chegara-bojxona majmuasi: G'ishtko'prik posti, Toshkent viloyati. Kuniga 25-30 ming odam o'tadi. Chegara va bojxona xizmati haqida odamlar nima deydi? Tizim bu yerda qanchalik o'zgargan?

Bojxona va chegara xavfsizligi xizmatchilari "Amerika Ovozi"ga jarayon bilan tanishishiga monelik qilmadi. Yo'lovchilar bilan bemalol gaplashdik. Mutasaddilar ham savollarimizga javob berishdi.

Odamlar, umuman olganda, bugungi sharoitdan mamnun. O'tgan ikki yil ichida o'tish ancha osonlashdi, xizmat tez va talabga javob beradi, degan fikrlar ko'p yangradi. Yagona katta shikoyat: O'zbekistonga olib kiriladigan yuk qiymati 300 dollardan oshmasligi kerakligi. Odamlar 5000 dollargacha qiymatga ega mahsulot olib chiqib ketishi mumkin.

Importga cheklov qo'yilgani ayniqsa mahalliy aholi uchun qiyin, deydi chegara osha tirikchilik qiladigan tadbirkorlar. "Amerika Ovozi" bu borada bojxona rasmiylaridan so'radi. Javoblar ko'rsatuvda.

Toshkent viloyati Bojxona boshqarmasi boshliq o'rinbosari Rustam Habibovning tushuntirishicha, ikki respublika orasida 6 ta avto va yo'lovchi chegara bojxona posti yoki chegara o'tkazish punkti mavjud. Aeroport va temir yo'lni hisobga olmaganda.

Shulardan uchtasi Toshkent viloyatida va bittasi Qoraqalpog'istonda. Yallama Chinozda bo'lib, kuniga 300-350 ta yuk avtomashinasi harakatlanadi.

"Amerika Ovozi" yaqindan tanishgan G'ishtko'prik esa yo'lovchi, yengil avto va avtobusga moʻljallangan. Kuniga kamida 20 ming odam o'tadi. 35 avtobus, 500 ga yaqin yengil mashina.

Kelesda Navoiy posti bor. 300 ta yuk avtomashinasi, 7000-7500 yo'lovchiga xizmat qiladi.

Qibraydagi Najimov postidan esa kuniga kamida 250 ta yuk avtomashinasi va 5000 yo'lovchi kirib chiqadi .

Sirdaryodagi postdan yuk o'tadi. Qoraqalpog'istondagi Daut-ota punktida esa kuniga 150 ta yukli, 250 ta yengil mashina qatnovi kuzatiladi.

Barcha postlar xalqaro maqomga ega, deydi Habibov, chunki nafaqat ikki davlat fuqarolari balki dunyoning barcha burchaklaridan kelayotgan sayyohlarga ham ochiq.

Postlar kunu-tun ishlaydi. Ayni damda Yallama va G'ishtko'prikda ta'mirlash ishlari ketyapti. Najimov va Navoiyda ham remont boshlanadi, ularni kengaytirish rejalangan.
