"М@триЦА" - Markaziy Osiyo yoshlari uchun maxsus TV dastur

Hukumatlar internetni qanchalik nazorat qilmasin, yoshlarning fikru-xayoli bugun o’sha yerda. Global tarmoq parallel dunyoga aylangan. Aloqa, imkoniyatlar, ma’lumot va ko’ngilochar mashg’ulotlar – hammasi internetda.

AQShda asoslangan “Internews”, axborot vositalarini rivojlantirish bilan mashg’ul xalqaro tashkilot, Markaziy Osiyo yoshlari uchun maxsus televizion loyiha boshlagan. Haftalik ko’rsatuv “Matritsa” ("М@триЦА" - M@trix) deb ataladi.

Rus tilida ishlangan programma o’zbek, qozoq, qirg’iz, tojik va turkman tillariga tarjima qilinib, sun’iy yo’ldosh orqali efirga uzatiladi, shuningdek, qiziqqan telekanallarga tarqatiladi.

Markaziy Osiyo aholisining aksariyati bugun 35 yoshga kirmagan insonlar ekani, internet tezlikda tarqalib, turmushimizning ajralmas qismiga aylanib borayotganini hisobga olsak, odamlarning axborot texnologiyalari xususidagi bilimini oshirish har tomonlama foydali.

“Matritsa” ko’rsatuvi, deya tushuntiradi prodyuser Vladimir Chsheglov, 13-25 oralig’idagi yoshlarga mo’ljallangan, ammo tomoshabinlar nafaqat turli avlod, balki soha va qatlam egalari. Boshlang’ich sinf o’quvchilaridan to’rtib, nafaqaxo’rlargacha… Internetga kira oladigan va kirishga qiziqqanlar uchun “Matritsa” qo’llanma sifatida xizmat qiladi.

“Matritsa”ni ikki yosh talaba olib boradi. Shou to’rt bo’limdan iborat. Birinchi qismda internet olamidagi muhim yangiliklar yoritiladi. Axborot vositasi sifatida u yerda qanday o’zgarishlar bo’layotgani yoki biror bir yirik masala internetda qanday aks etayotgani tahlil qilinadi. Ikkinchi qismida esa “internet qahramonlari” haqida hikoya qilinadi. Internetdagi imkoniyatlardan foydalanib, muvaffaqiyat qozonayotgan, bilimli va kasb-hunarli bo’layotgan yoshlar o’z tajribalari bilan o’rtoqlashadi. Masalan, yangi biznes boshlayotganlar haqidagi reportajlarimizni sevib tomosha qilishadi, deydi prodyuser Vladimir Chsheglov. Uchinchi qismi yangi texnologiyalar xususida. Kompyuterlar va unga taalluqli texnologiyalar, foto- va boshqa apparatlarni qanday sotib olish va ularni to’g’ri qo’llash sirlari haqida. To’rtinchi qism esa internetdagi foydali va qiziqarli saytlar bilan tanishtiradi. Tomoshabinlar o’zlari yoqtirgan sahifalarning ustun tomonlarini aytib beradi. Ta’lim olish, ishlash va dam olish maqsadida qay saytlarga kirish mumkinligi haqida gap ketadi”.

Gap shundaki, deydi Vladimir Chsheglov, internet - cheksiz dunyo. Arzimas narsalar bilan ovora bo’lib, u yerda soatlab o’tirish mumkin. Ammo bu vositani qanday ishlatishni bilsangiz, u yerda imkoniyat-u siz bilmagan yo’l-yo’riqlar juda ko’p.

Xo’sh, “Matritsa”ni qanday tomosha qilsa bo’ladi?

Internetda http://matrix-ca.tv saytida istalgan paytda. Qozog’istonda kamida 19 mahalliy kanalda tomosha qilishadi. Qirg’izistonda Raketa TV, Tojikistonda uch kanal, sun’iy yo’ldosh orqali esa har kuni o’zbek, qozoq, turkman, qirg’iz va tojik tillarida ko’rish mumkin. Efir vaqtini ham “Matritsa” saytidan bilib olasiz.

Bugun region yoshlari uchun ijtimoiy tarmoqlar, xususan “Odnoklassniki”, “Moi mir”, “V kontakte”, “Facebook” va “Twitter” singari ommabop tizimlar nafaqat ermak balki tashqi dunyoga darvoza. Lekin imkoniyat sizni emas, siz uni qidirishingiz kerak. Shu bois, deydi “Matritsa” ijodkorlari, yoshlar orasida qiziquvchanlik va intilishni targ’ib qilish har doimgidan ham muhim.
