YXHT a'zo davlatlarga: Huquq tashkilotlarlari mustaqil bo'lsin

Bugun Litva poytaxti Vilnyusda bu mamlakat raislik qilayotgan Yevropada Xavfsizlik va Hamkorlik Tashkiloti ikki kunlik anjuman boshladi.

Organ a'zo davlatlarni inson huquqlari va fuqaro erkinliklarini e'zozlashga chaqirmoqda.

Yig'inda 100 dan ortiq faollar, rasmiylar va qonunchilar ishtirok etmoqda.

Litva hukumati nazarida hech bir jamiyat huquq bilan bog'liq murakkab muammolarni bir o'zi hal eta olmaydi. Davlatlar bir-biridan o'rganishga, tajriba almashishga majbur va eng muhimi, vaziyatni yaxshilash lozimligini tan olishi kerak.

Hukumat va huquq himoyasi bilan mashg'ul tashkilotlar hamkorlik qilishi zarur, deyiladi bugun chiqqan bayonotda.

Litva bu yil Yevropada Xavfsizlik va Hamkorlik Tashkiloti raisi sifatida har bir a'zo davlatdagi huquq idoralarini mustahkamlashga e'tibor qaratmoqda.

Organning bu masalalar bo'yicha bosh diplomati Yanish Lenarchich deydiki, huquq institutlari hukumatga o'z majburiyatlarini eslatib turishi, ular qanday ado etilayotganini kuzatib borishi kerak.

“Bu bilan huquq muassasalari hukumatlarni faqat tanqid qilsin deyayotganimiz yo'q, aksincha ular hukumat bilan ishlashi, uni faolroq bo'lishga undashi zarur",- deydi Lenarchich.

"Bu idoralar rahbariyat va fuqaro jamiyatini bir-biri bilan bog'lab turishi kerak", - deydi u.

Huquq muassasalari bo'yicha xalqaro qo'mita raisi Rosslinn Nunanning qayd etishicha, hukumatlar erkinlik himoyasi bilan shug'ullanadigan mustaqil idoralarga yo'l ochishi kerak. Rahbarlar huquqni hurmat qilishini amalda isbotlasin, deydi u.

Yevropada Xavfsizlik va Hamkorlik Tashkilotiga 56 davlat a'zo, shu jumladan, Markaziy Osiyodagi besh respublika. Milliy huquq markazlari bu davlatlarda mustaqil emas, balki amaldagi siyosatni qo'llab-quvvatlab keladi.
