Qozog'iston mudofaa vaziri Vashingtonda

Pentagon, AQSh Mudofaa vazirligi joylashgan majmua, Virjiniya shtati
Qozog'iston mudofaa vaziri Odilbek Jaksibekov Amerika poytaxtida. U boshchilik qilayotgan 30 kishilik delegatsiya Vashingtonda siyosiy doiralarda bo'lib, mamlakatning bugungi harbiy-strategik siyosati va tashqi maqsadlarini tushuntirmoqda.

13-noyabr kuni ertalab Jaksibekov nufuzli siyosiy tahlil markazlaridan biri - Xalqaro va strategik tadqiqotlar markazida siyosatdonlar, ekspert va diplomatlar bilan muloqot qildi.

So'ngra esa Pentagonga yo'l olib, Mudofaa vaziri Chak Xeygl bilan uchrashdi.

Xeygl Qozog'iston delegatsiyasiga Afg'oniston yuzasidan hamkorlik qilib kelayotgani uchun minnatdorchilik bildirgan.

Nursulton Nazarboyev ma'muriyati afg'on zaminida urush tugab, astalik bilan tinch va totuv jamiyat qurilishini istaydi va bu jarayonda faol hissa qo'shmoqchi, deydi Qozog'iston rasmiylari.

Afg'onistonga zarur noharbiy yuk tashiladigan Shimoliy ta'minot tizimi bu davlatdan ham o'tadi va Amerika qo'shinlari vatanga qaytar ekan, ularga tegishli ashyolar ham shu yo'l orqali olib chiqilmoqda.

Bu Qozog'iston mudofaa vazirining Pentagonga 2003-yildan beri ilk tashrifi. Oxirgi marta 10 yil oldin general Muxtor Oltinboyev, o'sha paytdagi vazir, kelgan edi.

Pentagon matbuot kotibi Jorj Litll bayon qilishicha, vazirlar asosan Afg'oniston, 2014-yildan keyingi maqsadlar; siyosiy va iqtisodiy rishtalar va xavfsizlik bobidagi hamkorlik haqida gaplashib olgan.

Biror yangi kelishuv yoki hujjat haqida gap yo'q.

Rus matbuoti va Markaziy Osiyoni yoritadigan ayrim manbalar Amerika Qozog'istonda harbiy baza ochishi mumkin, Qirg'izistondagi tranzit markazini yopar ekan, Manas aerodoromidagi harbiy samolyotlari Aktau shahriga xalqaro aerportga olib o'tilishi mumkin deya maqolalar bergan edi. Vashington bunday xabarlarni inkor etmoqda.

Aktau hozirda Shimoliy ta'minot tizimining muhim bir nuqtasi. Lekin u yer harbiy tranzit markaziga aylanadi yoki aylanishi mumkin deyish uchun hozirda biror asos yo'q.

Qozog'iston bilan bugungi muzokaralarda Afg'oniston qatorida terrorizmga qarshi kurash va mudofaa tizimini mustahkamlash, rivojlantirish haqida gaplashildi, deya bildiradi Pentagon rasmiylari.

Qozog'istonning Vashingtondagi elchixonasi muloqotdan mamnun. Biror yangi kelishuv haqida undan ham biror e'lon yo'q.

Shu yilning 19-oktabr kuni Pentagonda uchrashgan AQSh va Ruminiya mudofaa vazirlari Chak Xeygl va Mircha Dusha anchadan beri parda ortida ketayotgan muzokaraga yakun yasab, strategik kelishuvga erishgan edi.

Amerika Manas tranzit markazini yoparkan, AQSh harbiylari va yuk Ruminiyadagi yangi obyekt orqali tashiladi - Mixail Kogalnichianu (Mihail Kogălniceanu) nomli aeroport.

Vashingtonda Qozog'iston mudofaa vaziri va boshqa rasmiylar bilan so'zlashgan siyosatdonlar deydiki, Ostona Amerika bilan ochiq gaplashmoqda va o'z konkret tashabbus va takliflarini kiritmoqda.

Vashington Kobul bilan 2014-yildan keyingi hamkorlik shartlari yuzasidan kelishib olish ilinjida. Kelgusida Afg'onistonda qanday rol o'ynashi shunga bog'liq.

Markaziy Osiyo davlatlari esa Amerikani bu borada savolga tutmoqda va aniq javoblar kutayapti. Ya'ni, AQSh 2014-yildan keyin mintaqada nima maqsadlarga ega? Afg'onistondan chiqqach, mintaqa uning uchun qanchalik muhim?

Qozog'iston javobni kutmay o'z tilaklarini bayon qilmoqda, xususan terrorizmga qarshi birgalikda kurashish, chegara xavfsizligi va harbiy tizimlarni yaxshilashda ko'maklashish. Pentagondagi so'nggi uchrashuvda shunday istaklar yangradi.
