Tojikiston va O'zbekiston chegarasida vaziyat qanday?

Toshkent viloyati, Bekobod tumani Tojikistonga tutash hududlardan biri, Oybek posti o'sha yerda

O'zbekiston hukumati qo'shni davlatlar bilan aloqalar kuchayganiga misol sifatida chegara postlaridagi vaziyatni ko'rsatadi. U yerda ahvol haqiqatdan ham yaxshilanganmi? Mana shu savol bilan "Amerika Ovozi" respublikaning chegaradan o'tish punktlarini ko'zdan kechirmoqda. Mintaqaviy birdamlik, samarador qo'shnichilik va butun Markaziy Osiyo tinchligi va farovonligi uchun davlatlarga kirib-chiqish oson va xavfsiz bo'lishi kerak.

Toshkent viloyatining Bekobod tumanidagi Oybek posti Tojikiston bilan eng yirik chegara va bojxona majmuasidir. Kuniga 4-5 ming odam o'tadigan, xalqaro maqomga ega tekshiruv nuqtasi.

Yomg'irli bir kunda "Amerika Ovozi" u yerda bir necha soat o'tkazib, jarayonni kuzatdi. Chegara va bojxona rahbariyati jurnalistlarni iliq qarshiladi va manzarani tasvirga tushirishga monelik qilmadi. Xizmatchilar yuzlarini ko'rsatmaslikni so'rashdi xolos. Post faoliyati bilan bog'liq savollarga javob berishdi.

Boshqa o'tish joylarida bo'lgani kabi Oybekdan ham 5000 dollar qiymatga teng yukni olib chiqib ketish mumkin. Kirib kelayotgan bo'lsangiz, bu miqdor 300 dollardan oshmasligi kerak. 5000 dollargacha pulni deklaratsiyaga yozmay olib chiqa olasiz. O'zbekistonga esa istalgan miqdorda valyuta olib kirish mumkin.

Oldin bunday emas edi, deydi bojxona rasmiylari, cheklovlar ko'p edi. Yo'lovchilar buni tasdiqlaydi.

Xodimlarga ko'ra, o'tish uchun 10-15 minut kifoya. Lekin mashinada yoki avtobusda bo'lsangiz, albatta uzoqroq kutasiz. Yuk mashinalari uchun ham vaqt uzunroq. Lekin navbat kutib charchaganlarni ko'rmadik. Tekshiruv tez va jadal.

"Amerika Ovozi" kimga mikrofon tutmasin, chegara tunu-kun ochiqligidan xursand ekanini aytdi. Post yopilib qolmaydi, deydi yo'lovchilar, doimiy ochiq.

O'tayotganlarning ko'pi qarindoshini ko'rib kelayotganlar. Tadbirkorlar ham talay. Rossiyada ishlaydigan tojikistonliklar avtobuslarda kelib, gala-gala tekshiruvdan o'tayotganini tomosha qildik.

"O'zbekiston orqali manzilga tezroq yetamiz", - deydi tojik yo'lovchilardan biri.

"Rossiyadagi ishimizga bu yerdan 800 km yaqinroq".

O'zbekiston kasalxona va klinikalariga kelib ketayotgan tojikistonliklar ham anchagina ekan.

"Nahotki shunchalik sifatli yoki yaxshi"? - deya so'raymiz.

"Tojikistondagidan yaxshiroq va arzonroq", - deydi bir keksa yo'lovchi.

O'zbekiston, umuman olganda, Tojikistonga qaraganda arzonroq, degan gaplarni ham eshitdik.

Asosiy shikoyat: O'zbekistonga ko'p narsa olib kirolmaysiz. Mayda tadbirkorlar shu boradagi talablar sal yengillashishini xohlaydi.

Lekin chegara eshigida zarur yukni bo'lishib olib kirish xususida maslahat qilayotganlar ko'p. Bu odatiy hol.

Oldingi to'polonlar, uzoq kutishlar hozir deyarli yo'q, deydi odamlar, sarosima va norozilik ruhi past.

Chegara - tirikchilik manbai. Kirib kelayotganlarga sug'urta sotayotganlar, turar joy va boshqa xizmatlar taklif qilayotganlar yo'lovchilardan bir necha hissa ko'proqdek tuyuldi.

Oldinlari bizneslarni chegaradan haydashar edi, deydi bir ishbilarmon, endilikda tartib bor, sharoit bor.

Oybek posti Toshkent shahridan 110 km, Xo'janddan esa 60 km uzoqlikda.
