O'tgan hafta "Oppenheimer" delegatsiyasi O'zbekiston poytaxtida muzokaralar olib bordi. Mehmonlar yuqori lavozimli rasmiylar, jumladan Bosh vazir Abdulla Aripov bilan muloqot qilgan, shuningdek, turli idoralar va banklarning rahbarlari hamda biznes doiralarning vakillari bilan uchrashdi.

Inogambaevning aytishicha, uning banki O'zbekistonda bir necha yirik takliflar bilan borgan. Uoll-Stritda joylashgan "Oppenheimer" kredit berishdan tashqari respublikaning moliyaviy reytingini oshirishda va bank tizimlarini rivojlantirishda yordamlashish istagida.

Bank Qozog'iston, Tojikiston va Qirg'iziston bilan ham ishlaydi. Lekin, deydi Inogambaev, uning kompaniyasi "O'zbekistonga Markaziy Osiyoning markazi" sifatida qaraydi.

Xo'sh, "Oppenheimer"ni mamlakat nimasi bilan o'ziga tortmoqda? Sarmoya samara berishi mumkin deya o'ziga jalb etayotgan omillar nima?

Kredit ajratish, sarmoya olib kirish jarayoni qanday kechadi?

Inogambaev oldingi prezident Islom Karimovning to'ng'ich qizi Gulnora Karimova bilan ishlagan. 2001-yilda Karimova amerikalik turmush o'rtog'i Mansur Maqsudiy bilan ajrashish jarayonini boshlagach, biznes aloqalar ham jabr ko'rib, Inogambaev Maqsudiylar tomonga o'tgan va 2003-yildan beri Qo'shma Shtatlarda yashaydi. 2007-yilda Nyu-Yorkdagi nufuzli Kolumbiya universitetini bitirgan. 10 yildirki, Uoll-Stritda ishlaydi, "Oppenheirmer" bankida esa sakkiz yildan beri.

Inogambaev uchun 15 yildan ortiq xorijda yurib vatanga yetakchi bankir va moliyaviy mutaxassis sifatida qaytish va hamkorlik qo'lini cho'zish qanday kechdi va kechmoqda?

Suhbatdoshimizga ko'ra, u singari sarmoya va kapital olamida faoliyat yuritadigan vatandoshlar va elatdoshlar O'zbekistondagi jarayonlarni qiziqish bilan kuzatmoqda va hamkorlikka moyil. Jumladan, deya qo'shadi u, xalqaro bizneslarga ega Maqsudiylar oilasi ham.

"O'zbekiston hozirgi kursdan qaytmasligi va oldinga qadam tashlayverishi kerak. Xorijiy biznes va sarmoya oqimini ta'minlaydigan asosiy shart shu", - deydi Inogambaev.

Uning fikricha, O'zbekiston hozir yangi davrda yashamoqda biroq taraqqiy etish uchun avvalo moliyaviy jihatdan oyoqqa turib olishi zarur. Bu yo'l esa hamisha mashaqqatli, deydi u.
