Qirg'iziston parlamenti: Xalqaro komissiya raisi mamlakatga qadam bosmasin

Kimmo Kilyunen (o'rtada) Yevropada Xavfsizlik va Hamkorlik Tashkiloti Parlament Assambleyasi a'zosi

Finlyandiyalik arbob Kimmo Kilyunen (Kiljunen) o'tgan yili O'sh va Jalol-Obodda yuz bergan xunrezliklar yuzasidan tekshiruv olib borgan xalqaro komissiya raisi. Bu hay'at Qirg'iziston rahbariyati iltimosiga ko'ra tuzilgan va maqsad fojiaga yetaklagan sabablar va uning oqibatlarini oydinlashtirib, kelajakda bunday hollar takrorlanmasligi uchun xizmat qilishi kerak edi.

O'tgan yilning avgustida boshlanib, 2011 yilning fevralida yakunlangan, Qirg'iziston hukumati tomonidan bir oy ko'rib chiqilib, undan keyingina omma e'tiboriga havola etilgan hisobot ko'plab ziyolilar, mutaxassislar va siyosatchilar nazarida haqiqatni aks ettiradi.

Lekin Qirg'iziston parlamenti spikeri, "Ata Jurt" partiyasi yetakchisi Akmatbek Keldibekov fikricha Kilyunen raislik qilgan komissiya ishni eplolmagan va noxolis bir tahlil taqdim etgan.

Xulosalardan biri shuki, xunrezlikda asosan o'zbeklar aziyat chekkan. Ularga qarshi hujumlarda xavfsizlik organlari va ichki ishlar xodimlari ham ishtirok etgan. Komissiya ta'biricha, ayrim jinoyatlarni "insoniyatga qarshi jinoyat" deb atash mumkin.

26 may kuni Qirg'iziston parlamenti Kimmo Kilyunenni mamlakatga kiritmaslik uchun ovoz berdi.

Parlament bayonotiga ko'ra, Kilyunen va uning komissiyasi etnik nafrat uyg'otuvchi va Qirg'iziston davlat xavfsizligiga raxna soluvchi material tayyorlagan.

Komissiya hisoboti bilan mana bu yerda bafurja tanishishingiz mumkin.

Kilyunen taqiq va tanqidni inkor etadi. Komissiya ishni professional ravishda bajargan va Qirg'iziston hukumati va ommasi hisobotni jiddiy qabul qilib, tegishli xulosa chiqarishiga umid bor edi, deydi u. Uning fikricha, faktlar - achchiq haqiqat va ular Qirg'iziston siyosiy doiralariga yoqmasa nachora.

BMT, Yevropa Ittifoqi va AQSh hisobotni ijobiy baholab, bu hujjatning elatlararo birdamlikka hissa qo'shishiga umid bildirgan.

Xalqaro komissiya Yevropada Xavfsizlik va Hamkorlik Tashkiloti qoshida ishladi. Kilyunen bu organning parlament assambleyasi a'zosi.

Assambleya a'zo davlatlarning qonunchilik organlari orasida muloqotni yo'lga qo'yish, hamkorlikni oshirishni maqsad qilgan. Markaziy Osiyoning barcha respublikalari, xususan Qirg'iziston ham u yerda o'z a'zolariga ega.
