Mustaqillik yillarini yoshlar qanday sarhisob qilmoqda?

O’zbekiston mustaqillikning 22 yilligini nishonlamoqda. O’tgan ikki o’n yillik sarhisob qilinganida SSSR paytini tilga olmay, eski va yangi davrni qiyoslamay iloj yo’q.

Aholining asosiy qismini yoshlar tashkil etgani uchun ularning zamon haqidagi fikr-qarashlarini bilish muhim. Kelajak ular qo’lida.

Mustaqillikdan keyingi avlod, xususan 25 yoshgacha bo’lganlarga Sovet Ittifoqi tarix va hikoyalardan ma’lum, ammo 35-40 yoshdagilar u tuzumni totishga ulgurgan. Mustaqillik sizga nima berdi degan savolga shu bois mana shu avlod vakillari aniqroq javob bera oladi.

O’zbekiston mustaqil suveren respublikaga aylanganida 13 yoshda edim. Men singari pioner bo’lishga ulgurgan, hatto komsomol bo’laman deb yurgan yoshlar oldida kutilmaganda yangi yo’llar, imkoniyatlar ochilgan.

Tuzum qanchalik o’zgardi yoki o’zgarmadi? Hayot qanchalik osonlashdi yoki qiyinlashdi? Qanday yutuqlarga erishildi, qancha xatolarga yo’l qo’yildi?

Javob qanday bo’lishidan qat’i nazar yangi imkoniyatlar paydo bo’ldi, deydi “Amerika Ovozi” bilan suhbatlashgan yoshlar.

25 yoshga kirmaganlardan so'rasangiz, ular bugungi zamondan ko’p hollarda rozi emas. Ta’lim olish qiyinlashgani, qimmatlashgani, diplomli odamlar uchun tirikchilik qilish murakkab ekani, jamiyatda adolat yetishmasligi, halol mehnat qilib oila boqish mumkin emasligi haqida noliydi. Katta yoshdagilardan ham ko’p hollarda shuni eshitasiz.

Mustaqillikdan keyingi avlod vakillari bilan gaplashsangiz, ko’pchilik O’zbekistonni cheklovlarga to’la mamlakat deb ta’riflaydi. SSSR davri bilan qiyoslashga o’rgangan katta yoshdagilar esa respublikani dunyo tanigani, tashqi olam bilan aloqa o’rnatilgani, respublika bayrog’i jahon poytaxtlarida hilpirab turgani – ulkan yutuq, deydi.

Keksalar hozirgi muammolarni, ovozni pasaytirib bo’lsa-da, tan oladi, ammo endilikda tanlash imkoniyati mavjud ekanini eslatadi. Ko’p emas, ammo bor, deydi ular.

Suhbatdoshim Ahad Abdurahmonov, mustaqillik yillarida Amerikada tahsil olgan va bugungi kunda shu mamlakatda mehnat qilib, hayot kechirayotgan o'zbekistonlik, nazarida ko’p narsa odamning o’ziga bog’liq.

Istiqlolning ilk yillarida maktabni bitirgan, bilimga chanqoq va intiluvchan bolalar, chet elga borib o’qishni orzu qildi va buning uchun yaratilgan imkoniyatlardan foydalandi. Ularning bugungi hayoti ham shunga yarasha, deydi u.

Yetuk mutaxassislar, yosh professionallar chet elda emas, vatanda ishlasa, jamiyat tezroq rivojlangan bo’lar edi degan nolalarni ko’p eshitamiz. Avlodlar yangilanar ekan, usta kadrlarning o’rnini kim egallaydi, agar kerakli odamlar xorijni ma’qul ko’raversa, deya xavotirlar yangraydi. Ahad Abdurahmonov yaqinda O’zbekistonda bo’lganida bugungi manzara bilan ozmi-ko’pmi tanishdi. Uzilish sezilmaydi, deydi u, ammo chet elda ishlayotgan yetuk mutaxassislar vatanga qaytib, o'z sohasida ishlab, oilasini boqa olishi uchun zarur sharoit yaratilishi kerak.

Bugungi yoshlar avvalgidek tirishqoq emas, yengiltabiat va muvaffaqqiyat ortida qattiq mehnat yotishini anglamaydi degan tanqidlar yog’iladi.

Alisher Usmonovdek milliarder bo’lmoqchiman yoki falonchi model yoki yulduz mening idealim degan gaplarni ham ko’p eshitamiz. Orzuga ayb yo’q ammo yoshlar qiyinchiliklarga ham tayyor turishi lozim, deydi suhbatdoshim.
