Shoir Yusuf Juma ozod etildi, qamoqdan Amerikaga

Yusuf Juma siyosiy-tanqidiy she'rlari bilan tanilgan edi

O'zbekistonda 2008 yildan qamoqda o'tirgan muxolifatchi shoir Yusuf Juma 19 may kuni ozod etilgan.

20 may kuni kechqurun Amerikaga yetib kelgan arbobning oilasi, xususan rafiqasi va besh o'g'li o'tgan yillarda shu mamlakatdan siyosiy boshpana olgan.

"Ezgulik" O'zbekiston Inson Huquqlari Jamiyatiga ko'ra, Yusuf Jumaning ozod etilishi - AQSh-O'zbekiston orasidagi siyosiy muloqotlarning samarasi.

Shoir Qoraqalpog'istondagi Jasliq lagerida saqlanayotgan edi. Oilasining aytishicha, u bir necha bor qiynoqqa solingan.

Yusuf Jumaning ayoli Gulnora Oltiyeva deydiki, shoirning ozod etilishida AQSh hukumati muhim rol o'ynadi.

Yusuf Juma davlat xizmatchisiga qarshilik ko'rsatganlik va militsiya xodimlariga tan jarohati yetkazganlik aybi bilan qamalgan edi.

Lekin inson huquqlari tashkilotlari nazarida shoir O'zbekistondagi mavjud tuzum va prezident Islom Karimovni tanqid qilgani uchun jazolangan.

"Yusuf Juma o'zi hech qachon qamalmasligi kerak edi",- deydi Stiv Sverdlov, inson huquqlari bo'yicha "Human Rights Watch" tashkiloti vakili.

Bugun O'zbekistonda 13 huquq himoyachisi va o'nlab faollar va jurnalistlar qamoqda, deyiladi bu muassasa chiqargan bayonotda, barchasi amaldagi siyosatni savolga tutgani uchun shunday ahvolga tushgan.

Gulnora Oltiyeva turmush o'rtog'ini kutib olish afarasida "Amerika Ovozi" bilan suhbatlashib, ko'ngildagi so'zlarini shunday izhor etdi. Marhamat, tinglang.

"Yusuf akamning qamoqdan chiqishlarini ko'p oldindan bilar edim. Amerika hukumati bunga katta hissa qo'shdi va yordam berdi. Alisher, Bobur, Qodirish, Mashrab va Javhar - besh o'g'lim hozir oldimda. Xudoga shukur ular Amerikada bag'rimda, faqat qizim Feruza va nabiram O'zbekistonda edi. Bugun (20 may) ular ham, xudo xohlasa, kechqurun 9-10 larda Amerikaga kelib qo'nishadi deb umid bilan kutayapman. Mana bu kunlar ham kelar ekan. Og'ir damlarda yonimda turgan do'stlarimga rahmat aytaman va boshim yerga tekkuncha rahmat aytaman. Shu jumladan oxirigacha yonimda turgan huquq himoyachisi Umida Niyozovaga rahmatlar aytaman",- deydi Gulnora Oltiyeva.

Onaxonning qayd etishicha, Amerika arboblari unga yaqindan dalda berdi.

"Ularning so'zlari va quvvatlovlari menga kuch bag'ishladi", - deydi Gulnora Oltiyeva.

"Bugun xursandchilik kunimda barcha do'stlarimizga minglab rahmat aytaman".
