Oq uy: O'zbekiston

16-may kuni Vashingtonda O‘zbekiston va AQSh rahbarlari uchrashdi. Donald Tramp va Shavkat Mirziyoyev Oq uyda muloqot qildi, keyin esa keng doirada muzokara kechdi. Kun oxiriga borib qo'shma bayonot e'lon qilindi. Unga ko'ra, ikki davlat orasida strategik hamkorlikning yangi davri boshlanadi.

Trampga ko'ra, AQSh O‘zbekiston mustaqilligi, hududiy yaxlitligi va suverenitetiga qat’iy sodiq. Uning fikricha, Mirziyoyev O‘zbekistonda siyosiy, iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy islohotlarni amalga oshirishda bel bog'lagan. O'zbekiston rahbarini xorijda ham, o'z yurtida ham chuqur hurmat qilishadi, deya maqtadi Tramp.

O‘zbekiston va Amerika orasida 2002-yilda imzolangan strategik hamkorlik bitimi keyinchalik, aloqalar sovishi sabab, chetga surilgan edi. Tomonlar hozirda juda iliq aloqada va sheriklikdan manfaatdor, deydi Oq uy rasmiylari.

Mirziyoyevning aytishicha, O‘zbekiston islohotlar yo'lidan qaytmaydi. Amerikadek buyuk davlat, deydi u, respublikaga bu jarayonda yaqindan va zarur yordam bera oladi.

Maqsad, deydi O'zbekiston prezidenti, davlat boshqaruvi tizimini takomillashtirish, qonun ustuvorligini ta’minlash va sud-huquq tizimini isloh qilish, iqtisodiyotni liberallashtirish, ijtimoiy taraqqiyot va konstruktiv tashqi siyosat olib borish.

Mirziyoyev Oq uyning Janubiy Osiyo bo‘yicha strategiyasini quvvatlar ekan, tomonlar Afg‘onistonda tinchlikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha hamkorlik kengayishini bildirdi. O‘zbekiston mintaqaviy integratsiya jarayonida faollashishi kutilmoqda, deydi AQSh rasmiylari.

Vashington nazarida Kobul-Toshkent aloqalari jadal va qo'shnilar orasida savdo-sotiq ko'lami oshgani sari imkoniyatlar maydoni ham kengayadi.

Mirziyoyevga ko'ra, Afg‘onistonga noharbiy yuk tashiladigan Shimoliy ta’minot tizimida O'zbekiston hissasi ko'payadi. O‘zbekiston va AQSh chegara xavfsizligini ta'minlash yuzasidan birga ishlaydi hamda qoradori savdoriga qarshi kurashni oshiradi. Ekstremizm va terrorizmga nisbatan chora ko'rishda ham bir yoqadan bosh chiqarishga kelishib olingan.

Amerika O'zbekistonda siyosiy mahbuslar ozod etilishini yuqori baholaydi, majburiy mehnat va qiynoqlar singari og'ir muammolarni bartaraf etish uchun qonuniy va amaliy choralar ko'rilmoqda.

Inson huquqlari, jumladan diniy erkinlik va matbuot erkinligi bobida oldinga qadamlar tashlanmoqda, deya ta'kidlanadi qo'shma bayonotda. "Amerika Ovozi" jurnalisti Navbahor Imamova yaqinda O'zbekistondan axborot uzatish uchun akkreditatsiya olgani bayonotda alohida tilga olinib, progress sifatida baholangan.

Amerikadan ta'lim sohasida yordam oshishi kutilmoqda, jumladan ingliz tilini o'rganish, huquqshunoslik va jurnalistika yo'nalishida.

O‘zbekiston va AQSh kompaniyalari orasida 4,8 milliard dollarga teng 20 dan ortiq yirik shartnoma imzolangan.

Vashington O‘zbekistonning Jahon savdo tashkilotiga a’zo bo‘lishini quvvatlaydi. Respublika o‘z savdo rejimini tashkilot normalariga moslashi kerak. Bu degani tizim liberallashadi, deydi rasmiylar.
