O'zbeklar dardini global tarmoqda ochib sochmoqda

2005-yilda Andijonda va 2010-yilda O’shda yuz bergan xunrezliklar asosan internetda va mustaqil manbalar hamda xorijiy axborot vositalari tomonidan yoritildi.

Mahalliy televideniye va radiolarga ishonch tobora pasayib borar ekan, o’zbeklar uchun bugun internet asosiy manba. Hatto global tarmoqqa kirish imkoniyatiga ega bo’lmagan odamlar ham informatsiyani internetda biroz bo’lsa-da vaqt o’tkazadigan tanishidan oladi.

Qatliom va qirg’in tafsilotlari, uning yuzasidan kechgan bahs va tortishuvlar, rasmiy va norasmiy xulosalar, bular hammasi internetda. Bugun global tarmoqda o’zbek o’z o’zligiga ega, deya tahlil qiladi jarayonni chetdan kuzatayotgan mutaxassislar.

Andijon va O’sh fojialari o’zbeklarni faollikka undadi, deydi Jorj Vashington universitetida so’zlagan Noa Taker (Noah Tucker) va Sara Kendzior (Sarah Kendzior).

Noa Taker Registan.net, Markaziy Osiyodagi o’zgarishlarni yorituvchi sayt muharrirlaridan biri, shuningdek, siyosiy tahlilchi. Sara Kendzior esa yangi texnologiyalarning hayotga ta’sirini o’rgangan, siyosat va jamiyat xususidagi maqolalari bilan tanilgan mutaxassis. “Al-Jazira” (Al Jazeera) telekanali sharhlovchisi.

Andijonda jabr ko’rgan, vatanini tark etishga majbur bo’lgan o’zbeklar va O’shda qirg’izlar qahriga uchragan, qirg’indan azob chekkan o’zbeklar adolat talabi yo’lida va o’z qissasini dunyo ahliga bildirish uchun internetga tayandi, deydi Taker. O’z boshidan kechirganlarini hujjatlashtirish uchun bu insonlarga bundan-da qulayroq vosita yo’q, deydi ekspert.

Surat, video va audiolar orqali o’zbek elati o’z zamonaviy tarixini, davr uqubatlarini bitmoqda, deya qo’shadi Sara Kendzior. Internet saytlar va ijtimoiy tarmoqlardagi sahifalardan joy olgan bu materiallar - “raqamli memuar” yoki “elektron xotira daftari”.

Xorijiy axborot vositalari ham O’zbekiston va Qirg’iziston janubidagi voqealarni yoritishda mana shu manbalarga asoslanadi. O’shdagi qirg’in tafsilotlari, qotilliklar, o’t qo’yishlar, tajovuzlar – bular mobil telefonlar orqali global tarmoqqa chiqib, butun dunyo ommasi oldida namoyon bo’ldi.

Hukumat internetni qanchalik cheklashga urinmasin, bir narsani allaqachon tushunib yetgan: ommani global tarmoqdan butkul uza olmaysiz.

Informatsiya – kuch va u fuqaroga suv va havodek zarur. Axborot oqimini qanchalik to’ssangiz, unga nisbatan qiziqish va talab shunchalik oshadi.

Lekin internetda hamma o’z fikri va so’ziga ega. Besh o’zbek bilan gaplashsangiz, ular faolmi yoki oddiy fuqaro, Andijon va O’sh voqealari yuzasidan besh xil fikr eshitasiz. Voqealar turlicha talqin qilinadi.

Nozik ma’lumotlarga qiziqish katta, ammo ularni ko’rish, tinglash yoki o’qish bilan nimaga erishamiz deya umidsizlanadiganlar ko’p.

Noa Taker deydiki, bu nafaqat o’zbeklar, balki butun insoniyatga xos qarash. Bilish ba’zida odamga quvvat beradi, ba’zida esa uning kelajakka va voqelikka ishonchini so’ndiradi.

O’shda o’zbeklar bir amallab hayotini tiklamoqda, tirikchilik qilmoqda. Andijonda fojia yuz bergan joylar bugun tamoman yangi ko’rinishga ega. Odamlar o’zaro suhbatlarda adolat baribir qaror topmaydi, kelajak haqida o’ylash kerak deya bir-birini yupatadi.

Internetdagi o’zbek saytlarida ko’zga tashlanadigan holatlar: shaxsiy kelishmovchiliklar, faollar orasida bir-biriga tosh otish, millatchilik… Hamma o’zbek ekani bilan faxrlanadi, xalqi uchun xizmat qilayotganini da’vo qiladi, lekin fikrlar to’qnashuvini chetlab o’tish qiyin.

Noa Taker nazarida bunga fojia deb qarash kerak emas. Siyosiy ong shakllanmoqda va bir xalq vakillari bir-birini baribir eshitishga, bir-biriga toqat qilishga majbur.

Internetdagi informatsiya va fikr bozorida doimiy o’rin topish juda qiyin. Bir sayt ochilsa, boshqasi yopiladi. O’zbekiston, Qirg’iziston, Tojikiston, Qozog’iston va hatto Turkmanistondan chiqqan o’zbeklarning o’ziga xos dardlari bor. Afg’onistondagi o’zbeklar esa o’zga bir dunyo. Buning ustiga Rossiya, Osiyo davlatlari, Yevropa va Shimoliy Amerikada tirikchilik qilib yurgan o’zbeklar ham internetda o’z orbitalariga ega.

Bir qarashda o’zbeklar bir-biriga dalda bo’lishga urinayotgandek, boshqa bir tarafdan esa qayerda va qay sharoitga yashayotganiga qarab, o’z virtual dunyosini barpo etmoqda.

Buni G’arb ekspertlari Sovet davridan keyingi o’zbeklik deya ta’riflaydi.
